Adaptability. The ability to shift oneself to the needs of the situation. While most would say that humanity had it in spades hence their constant progress in technological evolution, I, for one, have no faith in my own species' ability to even try to move away from their comfort zone. Hell, I find it hard and I already know it can kill me. What more for the average bloke that didn't even know that doing nothing would kill them? From an outsider's perspective, it was simply suicidal and moronic; like watching someone knowingly killing themselves off like lemmings walking off a bridge.

'And even then you don't care, do you.'

Unfortunately for you, Ica, I'm at least self-aware for it to somewhat work on me. I already began trying to help the others, right? That's already one step forward.
