The day had turned into night. Tian Fan prepared himself once more, after spending the entire day tending to the wounds and looking after the pack of beast wolves. Tonight, Tian Fan had planned to administer the final treatment to Xi Shi and Sun Li.

But before starting to treat them both, Tian Fan set up a makeshift partition between Sun Li's bed and Xi Shi's bed.

After creating this rudimentary partition, constructed from wood and beast skin taken from his storage pouch, Tian Fan placed it between Sun Li and Xi Shi's beds.

Sun Li asked, "Little Fan, what are you going to do?"

Tian Fan replied, "Senior, I will perform the final treatment for Senior Li and Senior Shi."

Sun Li understood Tian Fan's intention in placing the partition between them.

Tian Fan continued, "Senior, I will start with you, Senior Li."

Sun Li nodded, and Tian Fan proceeded to examine Sun Li's wounds one by one. He reapplied his homemade salve to the still slightly wet wounds, while for the dried ones, he applied a powder that caused the dead skin tissue to peel away. He also applied another ointment to fade the scars left by the wounds.

Tian Fan then removed all the acupuncture needles from Sun Li's body.

Tian Fan said, "Senior, please try to sit up, and take these pills. Then continue your cultivation for internal healing."

Sun Li followed Tian Fan's instructions, took the black and red pills, and felt a spreading warmth throughout his body. He immediately started cultivating and circulated the heat that had arisen throughout his body.

Sun Li felt the flow of qi circulating within him, as if his flesh, muscles, and tendons were regenerating from within. The process was somewhat painful, but Sun Li could feel that all his wounds were being repaired from the inside.

While watching Sun Li focus on his cultivation, Tian Fan turned his attention to Xi Shi. He uncovered Xi Shi's blanket and began by stimulating her consciousness with acupuncture. Seeing no immediate response, he started treating Xi Shi's wounds.

Having noticed that her intestines had returned to normal, Tian Fan began suturing the wounds on Xi Shi's abdomen, starting with connecting the inner layers of flesh, muscle, and skin.

Tian Fan was so focused on each movement that he didn't realize Xi Shi was starting to open her eyes.

Xi Shi, slowly regaining consciousness, looked around with her eyes darting in all directions. She saw the young man who was concentrating on her abdomen, holding needles and thread.

But a split second later, her eyes widened when she realized she wasn't wearing any clothing, only some pieces of animal skin covering her intimate areas and thighs.

Xi Shi wanted to scream and move, but everything she attempted seemed to fail. Her body and voice appeared to be locked.

Xi Shi saw the young man now focusing on her left leg. He removed several needles from her abdomen and reinserted them into various parts of her left leg.

Xi Shi saw the young man lift her leg high into the air and release something that had been attached to the back of her thigh. Xi Shi didn't feel pain but a ticklish sensation, as if many ants were biting her thigh.

"Ahhh..."

A sound escaped Xi Shi's mouth, surprising Tian Fan, who looked in her direction.

Tian Fan then stopped what he was doing and lowered Xi Shi's left leg, which he had been treating.

Tian Fan smiled at Xi Shi and said, "Senior Shi, it seems you've regained consciousness?"

Xi Shi only stared sharply at Tian Fan, her face turning bright red.

Tian Fan continued, "Senior Shi, please don't misunderstand. This junior is simply treating senior."

He then inserted a few acupuncture needles into Xi Shi's neck and chest. Seeing Tian Fan's intentions, Xi Shi widened her eyes even more. However, Tian Fan, unaware of her true thoughts, interpreted her wide-eyed look differently.

Tian Fan took her reaction as a sign of pain. Unable to resist, he removed the animal skin covering Xi Shi's intimate area and inserted acupuncture needles into her chest and neck.

Xi Shi weakly said, "You... you... quickly turn around."

Tian Fan, finally understanding why Xi Shi's face had turned red, awkwardly and reluctantly moved away and turned his back to her.

Time passed, and a voice broke the silence in the cave.

"Shi'er... Shi'er, are you awake?" Sun Li's voice pierced through the cave's quietude.

Xi Shi responded, "Brother Li, is that you? Please help me quickly; there's a perverted man here. Please, help me. I can't move... sob... he's touching me."

Sun Li, understanding the situation on the other side of the partition, was a bit perplexed about what to say.

Sun Li said, "Shi'er, calm down. Little Fan is not a perverted man; he's a healer, and he's treating your wounds."

"Try to calm down, Shi'er... hmm... take a look at your body now, so you can understand what Little Fan is doing."

Xi Shi tried to calm herself. After taking a deep breath, she attempted to examine her own body.

Although she couldn't see her entire body, Xi Shi could feel that her body was covered in wounds. She recalled the last incident when she was surrounded and attacked by dozens of beast Hyenas.

Xi Shi remained silent and looked towards Tian Fan, who was still standing with his back turned to her.

Sun Li continued, "Shi'er... Shi'er... are you still there?"

"Shi'er, remember where we are. If not for Little Fan, we might have already become corpses."

"Do you recall what happened to us back then?"

"Here, only Little Fan can treat us."

Xi Shi stayed still and didn't know what to do.

"Let me heal myself," she finally said.

Sun Li, knowing how stubborn his fellow disciple could be, let out a long sigh.

Sun Li said, "Little Fan, please forgive her stubbornness. But Shi'er, can you really heal yourself?"

Tian Fan, who was still facing away from Xi Shi, responded, "Given her current condition, Senior Shi could actually treat herself if she wishes."

"If she can accept the risks, Senior Shi will feel pain from her wounds when I remove the acupuncture needles."

"If Senior Shi is willing to take that risk, I won't object."

Xi Shi, who heard it, took it right away, because he felt that his wounds were no longer painful, and felt that Tian Fan's words were nothing but nonsense and reason.

Since Xi Shi's got him, Tian Fan doesn't want to take a dizzle, then Tian fan tears a little clothes and closes his eyes with the cloth.

Then Tian Fan released the needle that stuck on Xi Shi's body, and then stepped out of the cave, only a few moments after the acupuncture needle was released, Xi Shi felt his body like a thunderstorm.

Xi Shi now feels the pain from all over his body, from that pain Xi Shi can feel wherever he puts his wounds.

A scream for a scream coming out of Xi's mouth, Sun Li who hears the scream of Xi can only call him, but to help him Sun Li has no power, because he himself feels the same thing,

Just because of the pills and Tian Fan's treatment so he doesn't feel any pain.

Sun Li tried to call Tian Fan, but he didn't respond, actually outside the cave, Tian fan heard Xi Shi's screams and Sun Li's calls, but Tian Fans wanted to give Xi Shi a little lesson first.
