Chapter #16: Realm of the Early Fighter

Days passed quickly, and seven days had already gone by. Sun Li had fully recovered and was just a step away from reaching the Mid Earth Realm. Xi Shi, too, had regained her mobility, and her injuries were healing, with Tian Fan's care and treatment significantly aiding her recovery.

Meanwhile, Elder Liubei spent his days practicing pill purification using Tian Fan's methods. In seven days, Elder Liubei successfully created Sky-level purification pills. Elder Liubei and Tian Fan exchanged knowledge about pill-making, even attempting to purify Tian Fan's dirty pills. Although far from perfect, Tian Fan's creations were more effective than the pills available in the market.

Furthermore, Tian Fan's elemental qi-filling pills were his own creations, designed to strengthen a cultivator's qi while enhancing their elemental affinity. These pills made it much easier for cultivators to reinforce their elemental attributes.

For example, in the case of alchemists, with an elemental qi-filling pill, they could easily manipulate their qi and strengthen the elemental attribute used for pill purification. Essentially, they could achieve the same results with only half the effort compared to normal conditions.

Elder Liubei made the most of this opportunity, even instructing Sun Li and Xi Shi to take notes on everything they learned from Tian Fan. Tian Fan had no objections because he believed that the growth of alchemists would automatically improve the abilities of cultivators in the Eastern Continent.

Tian Fan, in return, received numerous pill recipes from Elder Liubei, along with many manuals on alchemy. This allowed Tian Fan to learn many new things.

Tian Fan also took this opportunity to create numerous pills, as he had a surplus of ingredients. He made dozens of Sky-level qi-filling pills, and half of them even reached the Heavenly level.

Additionally, Tian Fan crafted dantian cleansing pills, antidote pills, bone-forming pills, and many others listed in Elder Liubei's pill book. Of course, Tian Fan did all of this without Elder Liubei's knowledge because he didn't want to undermine Elder Liubei's confidence in his own abilities.

Moreover, Tian Fan didn't want to waste any more time. He was determined to start his adventure and gain more experience.

The awaited day finally arrived. Today, Tian Fan had decided to begin his adventure since Xi Shi and Sun Li were fully recovered.

Elder Liubei, who had become quite skilled in Tian Fan's alchemical techniques, was now proficient in creating pills with Sky-level effectiveness. Among the Level 1 alchemists in the Sun Sect, he was possibly the only one capable of achieving such results.

"Sister Tian, are you sure you don't want to come with us to the Sun Sect now?" Elder Liubei urged, still reluctant to part ways with Tian Fan.

"Indeed, Alchemist Tian, please join us right away," Sun Li added.

"Elder Liubei, Senior Li, Senior Shi, please stop using those titles," Tian Fan protested. He felt uncomfortable with the new titles. "I am not yet worthy of such titles. Please, just call me as you always have."

"Junior, you will definitely join the Sun Sect someday, but for now, I wish to gain more experiences out there. I hope Elder and both Seniors can understand," Tian Fan responded firmly.

The three of them sighed at Tian Fan's response.

"Very well, we will await your arrival at the Sun Sect. Take this Sun Sect token with you; it may come in handy," Elder Liubei offered.

"And on your journey, consider this a token of my respect, please accept it without refusal," Tian Fan accepted it to avoid further argument.

Finally, Elder Liubei, Sun Li, and Xi Shi headed back to the Sun Sect, while Tian Fan chose to depart alone, eager to continue practicing his skills. Tian Fan hadn't practiced his martial arts for nearly a month due to his intense focus on alchemy.

Tian Fan approached Rain, Shandian, and the ten silver wolves. He found it difficult to leave them behind, as they were his first companions.

Tian Fan signaled to them that he was leaving, and the pack of silver wolves seemed equally reluctant.

"Take care of yourselves, be strong, and become the strongest in the Red Forest. Here are some gifts from me, my friends," Tian Fan said as he hugged each of them and gave them two pills each.

Tian Fan walked away from them, and not far from where he left the silver wolf pack, their distinctive howling echoed through the forest. All twelve silver wolves experienced a realm and level increase.

"I hope we meet again, my friends," Tian Fan murmured.

Tian Fan stood on a mountaintop in the deepest part of the area, holding a bloodstained sword in his right hand and the core of a Flame Bison, a final-stage fighter, in his left.

The 3-meter-tall Flame Bison's lifeless body lay beneath him.

Tian Fan promptly absorbed the Flame Bison's core, and soon, a black cloud formed above his head, with two lightning bolts striking his body.

A burst of red qi emanated from his body, which then condensed and stabilized.

"Realm of the Early Fighter," Tian Fan declared.

Tian Fan took a dantian cleansing pill and immediately resumed his cultivation to strengthen his foundation.

Half a month passed, and Tian Fan finally left the Red Forest. Following Elder Liubei's previous instructions, he headed north from his current location. Approximately half a day's journey away was the nearest city to the Red Forest, called Greenleaf City.

From there, Tian Fan planned to begin his adventure. The rest of his journey would be dictated by the direction of the wind, taking him towards the Sun Sect and his mentor.

After half a day, Tian Fan arrived at Greenleaf City. He waited in line and eventually entered the city.

Tian Fan headed straight to the Lotus Flower Shop. According to the information he received from Elder Liubei, the Lotus Flower Shop was a specialized place for buying and selling pills and other necessities for cultivators. These shops were present in all cities within the Sun Kingdom's territory.

From the beginning, Tian Fan intended to earn money by selling some beast cores and his own pills.

However, upon arriving at the shop, Tian Fan felt a bit lost since it was his first time there. None of the shop attendants approached him, as they judged him by his shabby appearance and assumed he was just there to browse. Even if he did make a purchase, it would likely be a small one that wouldn't earn them a bonus.

(Turns out, most people judge and appreciate others based on their appearance, status, and wealth.)

Seeing Tian Fan's confusion, a young attendant, feeling sympathy for him, approached Tian Fan, despite receiving criticism from her colleagues.

"Young master, welcome to the Lotus Flower Shop. How may Mei Mei assist you?" she asked politely.

"Miss Mei Mei, I apologize for bothering you. I have some items I'd like to sell. Could you help me with that?" Tian Fan inquired.

"Young master, please don't call me 'Miss.' Mei Mei is just a shop attendant here. You can address me by my name directly."
