After finishing their work, Tian Fan reviewed the notes and information he had gathered from both the healthy and sick villagers.

The Meng siblings and other young assistants sat together with Tian Fan. They shared their findings with him.

They all presented their findings to Tian Fan, who took a moment to think while connecting the examination results, food-related information, and the recent environmental conditions.

"It's becoming clear now. It's highly likely that the villagers are suffering from poisoning, possibly from drinking water and consuming fish from the river," Tian Fan stated firmly.

"Brother Zhao, please take a few people and inspect the riverbanks upstream. Check if there's anything unusual around the river. If you find anything, report back immediately."

"Understood," replied Meng Zhao promptly.

Tian Fan then prepared a mild antidote and some other herbal remedies to alleviate the symptoms experienced by the sick villagers.
