In a park, a five-year-old girl was licking on a lollipop while walking with her young aunt.

A lone strand of hair came drifting through the air and fell on her face.

“Aunt, look. This hair is longer than yours.”

“My hair isn’t growing as much because you always give me so much trouble!” the aunt, a pretty brunette, replied, pulling the little girl’s cheek.

“Oh, so, the reason grandpa lost all his hair is because you troubled him so much?” the little girl innocently said, startling the aunt.

The little girl’s focus soon shifted to the handsome young man sitting by the bench in the park. “Aunt, Aunt, look. Isn’t that the uncle from the missing poster?”

The aunt immediately looked and didn’t take long to recognize that perfectly symmetric face from the poster with that vintage curtains hairstyle. When he flipped one side of his reddish golden hair, exposing the orange and yellow hues, the young aunt’s heart fluttered.

“A-Aye, it really is him! H-He’s so hot!” She clutched her cheeks momentarily. “And dreamy!”

“Aunt, why are you drooling?” the little girl cluelessly asked.

“Ahem, I wasn’t drooling!” the aunt then swiftly took out her mobile.

“Mm?” But the highly-attractive young man, Jake, saw them, ran toward them and took the lollipop from the little girl, making her cry.

“You brought this on yourself, little devil!” Jake crunched on the lollipop and finished it in a couple of seconds, tossing away the plastic handle.

The young aunt immediately went for a slap.

Jake caught her wrist. “Whoa, you’re a feisty one.”

She started shouting, “Someone, help me! He’s trying to harass me!”

All the jogging middle-aged men and women heard that and ran toward them.

“You two are so alike!” Jake swiftly turned the aunt’s face and kissed her on the lips, completely blowing her mind away.

The little girl’s jaw dropped very much, exposing her lollipop-colored tongue.

The men who were running in their direction were also shocked because there was no resistance from the young lady.

When they arrived there, Jake patted the young aunt’s shoulder and said, “Thank you, my love. You and our daughter can spend some more time in the park and then come home.”

He purposely spoke that aloud, which successfully tricked the people gathering around them into thinking that they were a young couple who were roleplaying or something.

Jake used this opportunity to pull his hood back on and then jog away from there like a confident man.

“A-Aunt, he’s running away,” the little girl kept pulling her aunt’s hand, but the aunt still looked to be in a daze.

Some stranger had just stolen her first kiss, twenty six years after she had been born on this earth.

Before she recovered from sweet shock, Jake was already exiting the park.

She picked up the little girl and ran outside quickly, but by then, he was already gone.

“He’s gone,” the little girl’s shoulders slumped. “Will you buy another lollipop for me?” she innocently asked her aunt.

“If we catch him, we can buy a million lollipops!” she said. “He must be somewhere around here, so let’s check.” She drove her simple car and looked around.

Not far from there, Jake just stopped under a random tree and took deep breaths. “It doesn’t look like anyone’s following me.”

He could see the mobile food truck in the distance, and  his stomach grumbled. The lollipop he had taken from the little girl proved nowhere near enough.

He had been running away for the past four days. With his bank cards frozen, he couldn’t buy anything.

He sort of became a national sensation now because his missing posters were distributed in almost every city in the country, and he feared getting caught by Delma, the CEO of a multi-trillion dollar Ordinance company which built machinery and weapons for the military of many countries.

“If only I hadn’t gone on that blind date…”

As he was regretting, Jake saw a green car in the distance and quickly hid himself behind the tree. The car stopped by the tree.

The young aunt and the little girl stepped out of the car.

“We saw you hiding,” the young aunt said, “so come out.”

“Yeah, come with us so we can buy a million lollipops,” the little girl said excitedly, even though she didn’t know how big a number a million was.

Jake eventually gave in and smiled with a bit of embarrassment. “I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to kiss you, but… it just happened on the spur. I apologize for my rudeness.”

The young aunt squinted her eyes. “Hmph.”

She was a slender, petite beauty who didn’t have any male friends growing up, so she was upset that her first kiss was stolen by someone who wasn’t even her boyfriend, but now, after Jake apologized, she found herself crossing her arms across her chest and tapping her feet on the ground.

Was she thinking? Deciding on what to do with him?

“I’m not missing like the poster says,” Jake tried to explain politely. “It’s just a misunderstanding.”

“Does Anne look that stupid to you?” the young aunt asked back.

“Anne? Who’s Anne?”

“It’s my aunt!” the little girl quickly said.

“Oh…” Jake slowly started walking sideways. “It was nice meeting you both.”

Anne smiled and took out her mobile and began to take his pictures. “I already made a call. You can’t escape anywhere.”

“What?” Jake was stunned. “How could you…”

Just then, they heard a loud noise in the sky, making all the locals look up. Ten helicopters came flying in their direction.

The little girl was intimidated by the loud sound, and she grabbed her aunt’s dress.

Even Anne’s heart trembled from that reverberating noise. “Why are there so many helicopters? Is the president passing by?”

“Shit! It’s her!” Jake felt his heart sinking into his stomach at the thought of getting caught by Delma.

He swiftly ran to Anne’s car, turned the key on and quickly drove away without even bothering to shut the door.

However, at the same time, someone jumped from one of the helicopters and skydived expertly before landing exactly on top of the moving car, causing one of its tires to roll off into the distance.

The car came to a halt, and Jake couldn’t see anything because the parachute completely covered the windshield.

He somehow stepped out in confusion, which soon turned to shock when he beheld Delma standing on the car’s roof, which dented now because of her landing.

She, a big woman with a bright smile on her face, grinned at him passionately and said coolly, “Found you, Mr. Goodheart. How can you run away from our wedding? Do you know how heartbroken I was?”

Jake took a step back in fright. “N-No fucking way…”

The helicopters all made a love symbol in the sky right above their heads, signaling the start of a hair-raising love story.

It didn’t take long for Elmond to realize who the culprit was. There were some cameras that were dismantled, which was something the shedding system was capable of doing. But what sealed the deal was the three dogs which lost all their hair.On top of that, Jake was missing. This led Elmond to come to the conclusion that Jake wasn’t kidnapped, but Jake was the one who actually ran away last night.“If you had let me chip him when we caught him,” Elmond was coldly talking with Delma, “then we would have known where he is right now.”“He’s not a dog, Grandpa.”“But he left you, didn’t he?”Delma visibly frowned. “I’m sorry. I didn’t think he’d run away again. He must really hate me,” she looked depressed and hurt.Elmond’s heart ached. “He has the shedding system now. It won’t be easy to capture him, but don’t worry. You are doing a better job than I thought. Keep going.”For the next five minutes or so, Anne pressed his legs.“You can stop now,” Jake said coldly. She was happy to stop.
