Wish This Moment Could Last!

Waves crashed onto the sandy shore as the salty breeze played with his raven hair. He blinked his eyes and to the bright light. He lifted his neck, muttered "Beach?" he slumped and sighed while waving wings on the warm sand. Her bare-feet crushed the sand. She walked towards him and leaned over, casting a shadow on his face. He shifted his sight to her wide smile, almost resembling a quirky cheerleader. His mood flickered for a second, but his expression remained blue. "Meh"

"Hello, I am back," she said, shaking the jacket tied to her hips. He turned his neck to the side and missed something again, he watching the lone crab thread the endless distance of slopes of sand.

In his absent state, she slid her thigh beneath his head and pushed the stray hair to the side of his face while humming a sweet tune. He couldn't wrap his mind over it, but he didn't want this moment to stop. He murmured "Peaceful"
