CHAPTER 8: MAFIA FRIEND

"Leave the building now!" Patrick was furious with Almira, so he wanted her out of the building. He can't just drag her out of the building since she was working there.

"You can't fire me!" Almira answered, not trying to get the sympathy of Patrick again. She knows that Patrick would fire her anyway, she needs to be more intelligent than Patrick.

Patrick looked at her and asked. "Why not? I am one of the shareholders of the hotel. You have disrespected me, I have every right to fire you if I wanted to. That is not the right way to treat someone that owns a percentage of the hotel,"

"Remember that I am one of the general managers of the hotel. You can fire me easily," Almira told him since she knows that she would not be easily fired if it was not the owner's decision. Since she also has a high-ranking position in the hotel, she knows that she had a threat in her place right now because of what she had done.

"You are fired and that is final!" Patrick shouted to her since he is getting impatient with her.

"You can't fire me unless you own one hundred percent of the hotel. Since the decision would always be made by the owner of the hotel, not the shareholders," Almira responded to him.

Patrick knows that he does not have the right because he is not the owner. So he can't force them to fire Almira, even though he was humiliated by her, so he just let her be. "I would be owning this hotel soon!"

"Then fire me when you are the owner of this hotel!" Almira answered her, she closed her first even though she was so angry at him. She can't vent her anger because Patrick now owns a percentage of the company, she didn't want to make another mistake and lost the job that she work hard for.

"Just leave now!" Patrick told her.

Almira walked out of the dining area of the hotel and goes directly to her office.

"Who did he think he is? Does he think that he could just fire me even if he wants to? Hell, no! I won't let him treat me like this, he is just a mere beggar for me. He does not have every right to tell me that I was fired from the company that I am working for a year," Almira told herself angrily while starting to smash everything that she can see in her office to vent her anger towards Patrick.

Almira picks out her phone to call George one of his friends that is a mafia.

"Hello, George!" Almira greeted when George pick up the call.

"Hello, Almira. What do you need?" George answered because he knows that Almira won't call if she does not have anything important for him.

"I wanted you to kill one of the shareholders of this hotel!" Almira told him.

George sighed and asked. "What is his name? And what can we get in return?"

"Well, his name is Patrick Holes. He had a lot of money you can get it and then kill him afterward," Almira said.

George thinks for a minute before answering."Well, I have been craving on killing someone. Even if I don't get any money from them so it would be alright. I just wanted to have some fun again on killing someone so I would agree on that,"

Almira smirked at what she had heard and said. "Then I think you would have some fun killing him tonight!"

"Then great! We would be in the hotel then," George answered.

"Thank you!" Almira thanked him and ended the call, now she knows that Patrick would be dead by sunrise and would not have to worry about him anymore or getting fired from the job she had.

On the other hand, Sarita showed the bill to Patrick, so he was handing her the bills. "Here is everything!"

Patrick has given Sarita the bills, and he told her that he would be paying for the meals of the guest as he celebrated for him being the new shareholder of the hotel.

"I think that we are all. Thank you, sir!" Sarita answered him.

Sarita handed Patrick the bills then Patrick notice something unusual. "Who is this person?" Patrick asked.

"Well, they are the new guest that just check out a few minutes ago. They heard that the new 

shareholders are paying for the bills of the guest for this evening. They asked if they could also be included, and I told them it was alright. Did I do something wrong? Should I tell them that I would remove them or it's alright?" Sarita asked because she thoughts that everyone's evening food would be free Patrick so she included them in the bills. Now she is worrying that she did something wrong.

"Who are these people having free wine in the rooms?" Patrick asked since he didn't see them, and the wine that they ordered was too expensive.

 Patrick can afford it, but he thinks that since it was free it was too much for them to order that kind of wine then they don't have money to pay for it, and except for him to pay for the wine that they ordered.

"Should I remove it? It was the friends of Almora the general manager that you tried to fire earlier." Sarita asked worriedly.

"What!?" Patrick was shocked to hear that, he felt that how dare they expect him to pay for the bills since there disrespect him.

"Should I remove them and let them pay their bills?" Sarita asked.

Patrick just doubted them, he felt that something was off about him. But he can't tell Sarita that he was having suspicions about them. "No!"

"Is it alright to include their wines for free? Would you still be willing to pay for their wine even after what the general manager did to you?" Sarita asked to make sure that Patrick is alright paying the bills.

"No! Keep the bills I would pay for it!" Patrick said and still paid for their bill even though he is feeling suspicious about them.
