• An Empty Room

Almost everybody closed their eyes in anticipation for the worst. Everyone except Ethan, because he was the one driving.

There was no escape, on the left lane a truck was heading towards them and on the right lane there was already a truck there. They were moving too fast to suddenly hit the brakes anyway.

With skilful position, he drove in between the very narrow space between the two vehicles. Barely managing to get past before the two trucks sandwiched the SUV, giving it a very big scratch on each side.

But he managed to stabilize the car and he had passed the two trucks successfully, the only consequence was that the two side mirrors had broken off in the process.

The cop car behind them wasn't going to take the risk so it slowed down giving Ethan the chance to speed away.

“Oh my God, that was extremely dangerous!” Leilani exclaimed when she opened her eyes. “They are children in the back!” She yelled again out of fear.
