Ethan moved closer to the voice, he finally saw Valerie. He was stunned by how beautiful she looked. Some memories of the time they spent together came rushing.

“Valerie my love,” he mouthed in his semi conscious state. While Dr. Michaela smiled, happy that the first session of the therapy was yielding results, Kayla who was standing behind her stepped back, her eyes watering.

Jealousy gripped her when she heard him utter those words because she couldn't deny the attraction she was feeling for him even though they'd just know each other for a few days.

Eventually the hypnotic wore out and then he cracked his eyes open. The doctor wore a wide grin and she gave him a soft applause.

“Usually many patients don't get any memories back in their first session, some don't even get any back till they are in the fourth or fifth session. You showed quite great progress, and I'm sure you're on the way to speedy recovery,” Michaela said.
