Gods Don't Exist Or Do They?

Yellow fog dragged me along with him as we walked down the long hallway. Weird, even though his hold on me was firm, he wasn't hurting me.

"Where are you taking me to?" I asked as I tried struggling from his hold. He didn't answer my question. He stopped in front of a

door and opened it. He motioned for me to enter. I refused.

"Are you going to kill me behind doors?" I sniped at him. He.rolled his eyes. My mouth dropped open in shock. Oh my goodness, he just rolled his eyes. He chuckled lightly at my reaction.

"If I wanted to kill you human, I would done that a long time and if you can remember clearly, even with the snap of my fingers." True, I swallowed as I remembered the events of the night that changed my life. I took the wiser decision and entered the room.

It was a dining room, it was beautifully decorated and there were different array of dishes arranged on the table. There were even fruits. At the sight of food, my stomach rumbled. He arched his brow at the sound. The table looked set for a king's banquet.

"Are you expecting guests?" I asked as I sat and helped myself to a plate of food. I didn't wait for an invitation, I was never one shy for food. At least if I was going to die, I will die with food in my stomach. He merely watched me, didn't even touch a morsel of food. Not even water.

"No, just for us." Just like before. I frowned as I heard his last statement.

"Just like before?" He grunted and mumbled in a low voice.

" Damn, forgot how nosy she is." I frowned. Who is he talking?

" Dude, Yellow fog, you are starting to act weird." I picked a piece of strawberry.

"Yellow fog? Is that what you call me?" He didn't smile or chuckle. But the corners of his eyes crinkled.

"What am I supposed to call you after seeing you in that weird bright yellow glowing form?"

He laughed at that. His laugh was magical. I liked the feeling that I made him laugh.

"That is my god form." Say what again! I paused with stuffing my face with food.

"If you are a god, then I am an angel." I scoffed in amusement an waited for him to join me. He didn't, I realized that he was serious. This guy must be more delusional than I thought.

"You are a god?"

"Yes I am." He said as if he had no care in the world. This guy is sick, I decided to humor him.

"Say, I believe you now what kind of god are you?"

"I am Ra, the Egyptian god of sun." Seriously, and he is saying it with all pride. No wonder this place looked as if archaic Egypt vomited all over it. Oh my gosh, why didn't I think of this? They must be a cult. Yes, they must be archaic Egyptian fanatics. This Ra or whoever he is, must be their leader. It was a pity that such a handsome fellow was losing his mind, if he had not already lost it.

"You are crazy and delusional." I quipped. But come to think of it, he had powers. No my eyes must have played a trick on me.

"Are you doubting me?" He growled and his amber eyes flashed with a predatory gleam. Something warned me to tread carefully. But I never heed to caution. I provoked him further.

"You are just an Egyptian fanatic who..." Immediately, the room got darker and he flung the dining table away from us. I looked at him in shock because he didn't even move a muscle. A bright yellow flash appeared in the room. Jeez, what was going on? This is the night I am going to die. I lamented. He was really a god. So gods do exist. And I was going to die at the hand of one. I have to dive for cover. After the flash went down, a beautiful woman with long black hair was there. She was dressed in white flowing robes with beautiful sandals.

"Ra, I've been looking for you." She looked at Ra then seems to notice the disarray the room and then me shivering at the corner .

"Ra, what is a human doing in your custody?" She frowned. Just great, another one like him. That was my last thought before I fell into unconsciousness.
