Chapter Fifty-One

Aidan got back in the car as anger laced his face, he banged the door after him in vexation without even letting Cole do it.

“Get me out of this place.!” He yelled at them.

Malcolm didn't ask further questions as he already knew where their destination was and besides his boss wasn't in that type of temper to be asked silly questions. He just stepped on the gas and drove.

The encounter with Doris had churned his stomach in the wrong way. He heaved furiously thinking about her stupid face and the fact that she wasn't even bulging on the whereabouts of his daughter. Another bolt of fury shot through him like thunder, as his temples pulsed dangerously when the thought of Rachel flashed through him. He squeezed his eyes shut in an attempt to calm his pulse and release the tensions tied into knots inside him.

As the car pulled into the Ack Hotel parking lot, he huffed out a sigh and stepped out of the car.
