Chapter Sixty-One

He scoffed as he skimmed his finger across his nose. The outrage had so gotten to the point that it scorched his insides. Frederick was underestimating him. In full force, to the surprise of everyone present, he thrust a blow to be added to the guy’s already bruised and swollen face.

But before it could land on his already broken nose, he held his clenched fist mid-air.

The guy squealed like a mouse trapped and it wasn't just only him that was scared shitless by Aidan’s action, his secretary was too, and she couldn't hide it by grabbing onto Mr. Milton's hand.

She let out a tiny screech, audible only to Mr. Milton.

“You're finished” Aidan growled, as he grabbed the guy’s shoulders lifting him a bit upward. His lips curled into a condescending smile. “You messed with the wrong man!” He dropped him back on the chair.

The police stepped in right at that very same moment and his secretary who was on the way moved aside for them to get access.
