Chapter 30

Claude gave Camila a sharp glance. The man seemed to smile when Claude walked closer, he also seemed to raise one eyebrow when they were no longer a meter apart.

Claude gave her a glare for a few seconds. "Stop your nonsense and stop interfering in my affairs." Claude exhaled a harsh breath that Camila could feel as it warmed her face. Then he spoke again in a firm voice. "Better yet, mind your own business."

Neither Claude's glare nor his stern voice scared Camila. She even applauded Claude's boldness. Camila's gaze was on Anne, who was still beside her. "Auntie, I think your unemployed son-in-law is very extraordinary. He told me proudly not to interfere in his problems. Does she think Olivia hasn't been depressed all her life?"
