Eden resolved to staying low for the night right until it was morning. He didn’t want them to risk leaving the house at the dead of the night just because of what Emily had said to them. Perhaps, he didn’t fully trust her yet.

The next morning, they decided to leave the city and head over to some other place where they can settle down and start their new lives.

“Where do you think you are going to?” They heard a voice that made them stop right in their tracks.

It was still 5:am in the morning and the last thing Eden could think of was getting obstructed by someone.

“Who is that?” Eliana asked in a voice that sounded like a whisper.

They decided to keep walking away and pretending as though the voice they heard wasn’t talking to them.

“Not another step or that would be the end for you!” Another voice yelled and that was when the three of them stopped in their tracks.

They swirled around and found the enraged faces of about fifteen men who had a lamp in their hands.
