“Is this the man who assaulted Mr. Robertson?” The Chief of police asked, as two other officers brought Harry before him for interrogation.

“Yes sir!” the senior officer affirmed, throwing a salute.

Mr. Robertson had given the orders to have Harry locked up and not been given a chance to say anything or to reveal to the public what had transpired between him and Hailey fearing what negative impact it might have on his reputation.

With the grand patriarch of the Moxley’s Empire at the verge of death, it wouldn’t be long before all that belongs to the Moxley’s is passed on to the hands of the Robertson’s and the three other families who had planned everything to take down the Moxley’s Empire.

Being involved in any form of scandal could make him lose the chance of becoming the youngest trillioniare in the entire country, and Harry had the power by law to prevent that from happening. The only way to ensure that Harry doesn’t reveal that to the public until Mr. Moxley was dead, and his riches had been amassed by the other top three families, was to have him behind bars.

“So, tell me who are you?” The chief asked as Harry sat in front of him.

“My name is Harry Parker,”

“Okay, Harry Parker. I’ve received direct instructions not to allow you say anything but I am a man who is under the law. So I’m giving you a chance to tell me why you decided to assault a member of the Robertson family—the heir to the Empire for that matter.

“I’m innocent chief,” Harry replied. I didn’t assault him. As a matter of fact, I should be the one locking up that bastard,”

“You’d better watch your mouth Harry. William has the power to keep you locked in here for the rest of your life. So if I were you, I’d not escalate the matter and just cooperate.”

“And why is that? Because he’s rich and I’m poor?”

“Because he’s a Robertson and you are….”

“A Parker!”

“I don’t think the name Parker has anything tied to it in this city.” The Chief said, subtly insulting.

“I’m an orphan. My mom died when I was seven, and my father, I never got to see him and my mother refused to tell me anything about him,” Harry replied, not waiting for the Chief to remind him of how unfortunate he had been since the day he was born.

“I’m so sorry about that. So, was Parker the last name of your step father?”

“No, it was my mother’s last name. She told me she’d never want me to have anything to do with my father.”

“What’s your mother’s name?” The Chief asked.

“Why are you asking me all of these?” Harry too, asked as he was no longer comfortable with the chief’s questions.

“Just answer, Mr. Parker. What’s your mother’s name?”

“It’s Stella. Stella Parker,” Harry replied.

“Stella Parker is your mother?” The chief asked, and that made Harry surprised as he couldn’t help but wonder what the chief was driving at.

“Yes she is. Is there something wrong?”

“Do you have her picture?”

“Yes, it’s in my wallet.” Harry replied, the frown on his face speaking volumes of how unfortunate his life had been.

“Please if you don’t mind, can I see it?”

“And why should I do that?”

“I used to know a Stella Parker but that was years ago,”

Reluctantly, Harry brought out his wallet and pulled out his mother’s photo. “This is it sir,” He said, handing it over to the chief.

“Oh my!” The chief of the police exclaimed.

“Sir, is everything okay?” Harry asked, surprised to see the chief overreacting at the sight of his mother’s photo.

Without saying anything further, the chief pulled out his telephone and dialed a number.

“We’ve found him,” He announced.

“What’s going on sir?” Harry asked, as he snatched the photo from the chief wondering who it could be that he had called and what he meant by “We have found him,”

Within minutes, a convoy of luxurious cars arrived, filling the area with the presence of opulence and extravagance, and while Harry was still wondering what exactly was going on, and what the chief was up to, a young man probably in his early forties walked up to the chief and shook hands with him.

“Good to see you, Mr. Dean,” the chief greeted the man.

“Good to see you chief. I was so happy when I got your message,” Dean replied as the chief introduced him to Harry.

"Young master, we're going home," Dean announced, bowing respectfully before Harry.

Harry's eyes widened in astonishment. "What's going on here?" Harry asked, his voice filled with confusion and curiosity.

“You don’t have to worry,” Dean assured Harry. “I’ll explain everything once we arrived at our destination.

“You don’t have to worry Master Harry. You’ll understand everything shortly,” the chief added.

Harry, seeing it as a way to finally leave the custody of the police, followed Dean into one of the awaiting luxury cars, his minds buzzing with questions and anticipation.

"I work for the Moxleys family," Dean explained as the pulled out of the driveway, his tone carrying weight as he mentioned the wealthiest and most powerful family in the whole of Westland, the only country in the world which boasted a consortium which comprised the five top families in the country, collectively holding dominion over most of the city's activities and leading companies.

Harry could almost feel like he was dreaming now realizing that he was in the midst of people from the most powerful family in the world. He remembered the article he had read at the restaurant the previous evening about Mr. Moxley’s health and the state of the Empire, and couldn’t help but wonder what that had to do with everything that was happening to him at that moment.

“Together, this Consortium commanded a staggering wealth of $9 trillion, with the Moxleys alone representing over $5 trillion—more than half of the Consortium's total value,” Dean went further to explain, sensing Harry’s obvious confusion.

“So what do I have to do with all of these?” Harry was forced to ask.

“That’s because you are the long lost grandson of Mr. Moxley. You’re next in line to take over the Moxley’s Empire.”

“I don’t understand you,” Harry’s brow furrowed.

“Your mother, Stella Parker took you away from the Moxley’s when you were just a baby.” Dean replied.

Harry’s confusion deepened as Dean’s revelation hit him hard. He couldn’t help but wonder why his mother would hide him from such a powerful family and have him live like a pauper to the extent that she died, not revealing anything to him about his connection with the Moxleys. He found it difficult to believe, but he couldn’t deny the fact that Dean could probably be saying the truth.

“I know you have a lot of questions going on in your mind right now, but I assure that once we get to our destination, I’ll explain everything to you.”

After a while, they arrived at a private island, expansive enough to be compared to a small city. The island was owned by the Moxleys and it boasted estates belonging to all five of the country's top families. It was a world unto itself—off the radar, private, exclusive, and exorbitantly expensive. This secluded enclave stood as the epitome of luxury, housing the most privileged and elite individuals in the country.

Harry could not hide the surprise on his face as he beheld the island basking in the beauty of everything, too much to speak of or tell about.

To Harry’s surprise, there were already security personnel waiting to escort them into the Moxley's mansion. Harry was lost in bewilderment only for them to arrive at the Moxley's mansion to find out that a welcome party had been arranged for him. All the staff and security personnel at the mansion bowed their heads while greeting, "Welcome home young master."
