"Is Lorenzo's mission unfinished?" James asked Carlos.
"I think so. He said he got the mission three weeks ago, so he'll probably catch up with us in the next one or two weeks," Carlos replied.
"He'll understand when he comes here," said James.
James sat on the single-seat sofa, staring at his laptop and a mini projector. Carlos sat alone to his right while Klaus sat on the long sofa close to Lara.
"Before we go on this mission and split up the tasks, I need to ensure you don't have anything important to leave out, right?" James asked.
"Eva can run the restaurant with her waiters. I'm ready for this one," Carlos replied.
James smiled, his head circling to look at Lara and Klaus. Lara didn't mind, as long as the mission area was only in Carran. Besides being close to the hospital where her sister was being treated, Cerbero didn't dare approach this area.
"As long as Cerbero doesn't follow me here, I'll do it," Lara said.
