James seemed ready in his black suit. He had submitted the paperwork for the application at Eclipse Company. The man had received a reply two hours after he applied for the position.
The man was still on the first floor of the Lawrence residence. Lara walked up to James, who looked dignified in his black suit and AI glasses.
"The CEO of Eclipse Company is your brother-in-law. Why don't you ask him for a job?" Lara asked.
"He certainly wouldn't like it nor approve of it. Applying as usual is the right thing for me to do," James replied.
"Right, they'll never know you work there," said Lara.
"But what about the other staff? They might know that you're the CEO's younger brother-in-law," Lara asked.
