Chapter 7: Please Mr Ryder, Save my wife

Reed could feel the tensed air but he wasn't bothered by it, he forced the entire red liquid content into the body of mrs callaway when he gently laid her head before the pillow and he sighed.

" Mr ryder, what's next? " Ms nancy asked.

" Since the antidote I gave her is quite potent, she will be cured even more quickly than I thought she would be, dealing with third level diseasess and viruses like the enclymadia is something of a child's play " Reed said with a smile on his face.

" Aren't you quite prideful for a nameless doctor? a doctor that we just heard about today is speaking like he could even cure cancer itself, how prideful.....I just hope nothing happens to my mother "

Lizzie angrily uttered, even though she is pissed....she is worried about her mother's health!!

" You don't have to worry about anything young miss, your mom won't suffer more than this, I can promise you that, you said I'm a nameless doctor, if that were true..... would president kim know about me? "

Reed asked as he slowly took off his white gloves, Mr vance's eyes were squinted because he knew that was true, president kim, the president of the grave corporation and a butler of the trillion dollar dante's family.

There was no way that president kim would know about a young kid like reed ryder if he was just an ordinary doctor, but reed is far too young for him to be recognized by a prominent figure like president kim.

" Mr ryder, how long before my mother gets cured? " Ms nancy asked.

Her face is already filled with worries when reed smiled, he cleaned his hands with a rag when mr vance widened his eyes in shock as he slowly turned towards his wife who moved her body a little.

She has always been motionless since she got inflicted with the disease, but after drinking the antidote of mr ryder, she moved her body, the green spots on her body were fading away faster than ever.

Even her temperature became normal when lizzie's eyes were filled with happiness!

Just seeing her mom moving her body was enough to make her heart leap with joy, she wanted to jump on the bed to hug her mom but her dad stopped her on the track, his face were filled with smiles.

" Mr ryder, my wife is healing.....I don't know what to tell you but thank you for what you have done, the fact that I have called upon many doctors of the summerville City and yet no one of them were even able to identify her predicament "

" Old and experineced doctors who should be aware of many things and yet you did it alone, I really don't know how to thank you " Mr vance Said with smiles on his face when reed reciprocated The smile with his own smile.

" It's too early to thank me first when you need to be taking care of your wife " Reed said.

" Huh? what are you....." Mr vance couldn't complete his statement when mrs Callaway let out a soft moan, she placed her hand on her head when she slowly opened her blurry eyes, staring at her surroundings.

" Babe......" Mrs callaway voiced out.

" My love, I can't believe this!!! " Mr vance said with smiles on his face, trying to hold his tears when lizzie couldn't contain her joy as she dived on the mattress, swiftly her mom while letting out her tears.

" Vance, what is going on here? why is everyone suddenly moody? " Mrs callaway asked as she hugged her daughter back, she looked around to see the guards in the room smiling, she recognized their faces.

But the only face she couldn't recognize was mr ryder's.

" Honey, no one is moody but everyone is happy, since the past few days you have been unconscious and you were faced with a deadly disease from a poison given to you before, thanks to mr ryder's help "

" You are able to open your eyes once again, lizzie come down from there right now, your mom needs her rest " Mr vance commanded with smiles on his face, His heart is filled with happiness, His sour mood no longer existed.

" No daddy, I need to stay my mom's side always " Lizzie said while refusing to come down!!

" But...." Mr vance was interuppted by mrs callaway!!

" It's alright sweetheart, let her stay with me, after all she missed her mom alot, and young man, I don't know how you did it but thank you to curing me " Mrs callaway said with smiles on her face.

Even though she is in her mid fifties....she still looks young and beautiful!!

" It's nothing really, I did my job as i was required to, saving one's life is the job of a doctor although I quitted a long time ago, but like I told your husband a few minutes before you were cured "

" Your body is open to any curse or disease since the enclymadia was the gateway!! "

" Whoever poisoned you knew what they were doing, Even if you were able to be cured, the chances of you contacting another disease won't be slim so they could attack you with another one " Reed stated.

" Mr ryder, please what can we do to make sure to prevent this? " Ms nancy asked, she stared at mr ryder when he sighed, His eyes before were that of a man who is confident is what he is capable of.

" I could close the open gate within your body down but that would require another work, I only came here to cure you because mr kim told me the callaway family owns the red wysteria leaf " Reed answered.
