Chapter Thirteen

Peter woke up early the next morning. When he got out of the house, he saw that the whole place was busy.

Everyone was awake, preparing for the return of Mr. Thompson. He walked through the hall way an met Lisa when he entered the kitchen.

Lisa was with the maids, cooking.

She saw him come in and become excited. "Good morning Peter. " She greeted him gleefully.

"Good morning. " He said to her. He was also glad to see her.

She walked up to him. "Why didn't you wake me up early to join in the preparation?" He asked her.

"I did not want to disturb you. Besides, we have everything covered here." She replied him.

"Does not matter." He replied. "I would still like to help." He said to her. "Well, you can come work here with us in the kitchen." She said to him.

Peter let out a laugh. He found it hilarious. There was more manly things to do, but she wanted him to do that one.
