"Memory loss!" Marco exclaimed, his brow furrowed with concern, as he sat in the chair in front of the doctor's desk.

The doctor, a young man with a kind face and a professional demeanor, nodded sympathetically. "Yes, I think it will take a while for her to recover," he said, his voice gentle but firm. "So, you have to be there to support her, and she must not be forced to regain her memories. You have to take things slowly with her," he advised, his eyes locked onto Marco's, emphasizing the importance of his words.

Marco took a deep breath, running his hands through his dark hair in frustration. His eyes, a deep brown, were filled with worry and concern. He felt helpless, not knowing how to help the woman he cared about. "Alright, doctor, thanks so much," he said, his voice filled with gratitude.

The doctor smiled kindly, his eyes crinkling at the corners. "You can go to her now," he said, nodding towards the door. "But please don't disturb her until she's stabilized. The medication might make her weak for a while," he instructed, his voice firm but gentle.

Marco nodded, his face set with determination. He slowly stood up from his chair and walked out of the doctor's office, his footsteps echoing down the hospital corridor, his heart heavy with worry, but also filled with a sense of purpose. He was ready to do whatever it took to support the woman he loved, even if it meant taking things slow and being patient.

As Marco sat beside her hospital bed, he gently took her hand into his, his eyes locked onto her peaceful face. He stared at her with a mix of adoration and longing, his heart swelling with emotion. He had missed this face, the only woman he had ever loved, for years. His choice of career had forced him to leave her behind, but now he was finally back to care for her and protect her, and their daughter.

Marco's thoughts were filled with wonder and excitement as he gazed at the woman he loved. He had never known he was a father until now, but he was grateful to have been given a second chance to reunite with his family. He felt a sense of purpose wash over him, and he knew he would do everything in his power to give them the life they deserved.

Leaning in close, Marco whispered softly into her ear, "I'm going to make sure to protect you and our daughter. I'm finally back to give you the big life you've always wanted, even though you never pressured me." He pressed a gentle kiss to her hand, his lips warm and tender.

Daniel's guards stormed into the hospital, their presence sudden and ominous. They fanned out, surrounding the area as they searched for Jessica's ward. The tension was palpable, and the air was electric with anticipation.

Just as the guards were combing the hospital, Alex and a few of Marco's men arrived on the scene. They quickly assessed the situation, their eyes scanning the area as they took in the sheer number of guards.

Alex swiftly pulled out his phone and dialed Marco's number. The call was answered immediately, and Marco's voice was low and urgent. "Did you get Daniel?"

Alex's response was prompt. "No, boss, we couldn't find him, but we're in the hospital right now. And I'm suspecting some moves. I'm sure Daniel's boys have surrounded the hospital. Please make sure you stay with her, while we clean up this mess."

The line was silent for a moment, and then Marco's voice came back, firm and resolute. "Keep me updated, Alex. I'll take care of Jessica."

"Ok, boss, I will make sure to keep you updated," Alex replied, and the phone call came to an end. He swiftly turned to the remaining soldiers and issued a series of crisp instructions. "Spread out and take down Daniel's men. We need to be thorough and make sure none of them escape."

As he spoke, Alex's eyes scanned the surrounding area, his gaze lingering on the hospital's corridors and doorways. He knew that Daniel's men could be lurking anywhere, waiting to strike.

With a deep breath, Alex started walking towards Jessica's ward, his senses on high alert. His guard was up, and he was ready for anything. As he approached the ward, he spotted some of Daniel's men lurking in the shadows. They were trying to blend in, but Alex's trained eyes picked them out instantly.

Without hesitation, Alex moved closer to the group, his footsteps silent on the hospital floor. He caught one of them off guard, striking from behind with a swift and precise blow. The others spun around, their faces twisted with anger and surprise, ready to fight back.

Alex stood tall, his eyes flashing with a fierce determination. He was ready to take on Daniel's men, no matter what it took. The hospital corridor was about to become a battleground, and Alex was prepared to fight for Jessica's safety.

Alex continued to exchange blows with Daniel's men, his movements swift and deadly. His soldiers joined the fray, and together they fought to overpower their opponents. The sound of grunts and crashes filled the hospital corridor, echoing off the walls.

One of Daniel's men let out a blood-curdling scream as Alex struck him with the back of his gun, the impact sending him crashing to the floor. The others fought on, but Alex was relentless, determined to neutralize the threat.

Just as it seemed like they were gaining the upper hand, one of Daniel's men struggled to his feet and made a desperate dash for the ward door. He burst through it with a loud crash, pushing it open with full force.

Alex's heart skipped a beat as he rushed after him, his mind racing with worst-case scenarios. He burst into the ward, his gun at the ready, but what he saw left him stunned.

The room was empty, both Marco and Jessica nowhere to be found. The thug who had rushed in ahead of him was standing frozen, his eyes scanning the room in confusion. Alex's gaze locked onto him, his finger tightening on the trigger. "Where are they?" he growled, his voice low and menacing.
