Chapter 33 - Investigate

“Hale, send five bodyguards to Serena,” Julian ordered Hale while standing from his position.

“Yes, sir.” Hale accepted it without even asking the reason.

Julian walked past Hale and jumped into his car, “Give me the key.”

Hale gave the key, Julian turned on the engine and drove away from the parking lot, leaving Hale alone. Julian drove his car at full speed and stopped in front of Vanderbilt’s house. Julian didn’t even bother to turn off the engine and just jumped out of the car, leaving the car door open.

“Where is Elijah?” Julian asked the security when they stopped Julian at the front gate. “I want to meet him.”

“Have you already had an appointment with him?” The security asked like he didn’t know who Julian was.

“I don’t need an appointment to meet him,” answered Julian in a stern voice. “ELIJAH, COME HERE YOU BASTARD!”

“Sir, please watch your attitude!” The security reminded him and made sure Julian stayed outside.
