"How do you feel now?" Brian asked Alessia after Kiara left the room.

"I feel better," the girl answered.

Brian nodded his head and breathed a sigh of relief.

"You don't need to do that," said Alessia. Brian looked at him. "Putting me in your room, and making Kiara wait for me, and everything you did for me, you didn't have to—"

"That's my decision,- and my choice," interrupted Brian, stopping Alessia's words which Brian didn't like.

"But -"

"I've said it many times," said Brian again, stopping Alessia's words.

The girl looked at Brian.

“So please, don't protest, let alone object. I've made sure of it, and that's the decision I made,- and the choice I made. You just need to follow what I say," Brian explained as best he could so as not to offend the girl.

They were silent for a while.

That's not what Brian wanted. However, seeing Alessia's repeated refusals made Brian dislike her. Did everything Brian did to the girl make her uncomfortable?
