“I don't know who gave the order to eliminate the Commissioner's descendants. However, please, don't hurt the child," said Brian, trying to talk to the man.

But unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be of any use. The man was so alert that Brian had difficulty finding an opening. But, for now, Brian will keep talking.

“I'm the one who will take over, not him, or his brother. I will be the replacement commissioner, wouldn't it be better if you take me first?"

Brian spoke as fully as possible, or maybe even aroused the perpetrator's emotions, as long as there was a little gap, and a chance to invite Kevin to find the man's grip.

Who would have thought that the laughter that came out of the man's mouth made Kevin stop crying? Either because his voice was loud, or his tone was cynical and cold. But Kevin thought Brian was confused. Brian pulled the corners of his lips into a smile, calmed Kevin as best he could, and promised to save the child unharmed.

"What is so funny?" Brian's rebuke made

Brian hopes not.“You probably didn't think we knew, right?” Arnold said as soon as Brian got there with Sean. The man just stared at Arnold coldly, completely unafraid.“If you know, why are you silent? Do you know the saying, the sooner the better," the man sarcastically.Correct. What are they waiting for?"You also know that taking him down isn't that easy," answered Arnold, remaining calm even though Brian was sure that the old man was furious because his grandson was injured. The room became tense, the man's cold and sharp gaze never left her. Only five people were in the room. The others just stood guard outside the room.Brian noticed what was going on, Arnold's constant questions, pressure, and so on didn't seem to affect the man. Brian followed Liam to a place in the house which was a room for storing files. There they store a lot of data, including data on the guards at the house."I didn't know that there was another room in Grandpa's study," said Brian.Liam just smiled as he pulled a file from a pile of other files. Brian himself looked around, checking it out. The room was like a secret room."This is the data you asked for, Brian," said Liam as he placed the paper on the wooden table.Brian approached and checked the data containing a photo of Billy Grela and another man named Kall Brata.“What are you planning?” Liam asked seeing Brian reading the file seriously. There was no answer from Brian because he had to concentrate and think about what he should do next. Liam was no longer wondering, he was paying attention to what Brian was doing while reading the files of the two perpetrators who shocked the Kentinx residence.“Are all the bodyguards here married?” Brian asked."No. Many have, many haven't," a

The journey to the written address was not easy, it took two hours, the weather suddenly changed, strong winds blew, the rain started to fall on the ground, traffic jams and other unexpected events. However, Brian did not give up hope, he remained hopeful despite all the conditions."It looks like we are only an hour from here to Billy's house," said Brian explaining the navigation map on his cell phone.“Yes, Young Master. We'll be there in an hour,- if we don't get stuck in traffic," answered one of the bodyguards sitting next to the driver.Brian just nodded, didn't say anything else, and leaned his head on the back of the chair, then turned his face to the side. Raindrops hit the window, and the darkness of the night was starting to get scary. Occasionally lightning flashes, clearly visible through the glass window. But Brian remained silent, still holding out hope. The car continued to drive in silence, cutting through the quiet city streets. The journey began to enter foreign te

"Follow me," said the woman, then turned away from them.Brian stared at the woman's back which was getting further away, while the bodyguards and Alessia looked at each other Brian followed the woman's steps, and Alessia followed him even though he was hesitant."Come in," said the woman when they arrived at the striped yard. "Fast!" the woman emphasized.Brian complied and stepped in, followed by Alesia and her bodyguard. Then the woman came in,- and immediately closed the door tightly. From her movements, it seemed like the woman was anxious.“Follow me, and stay calm,” said the woman again.Once again Brian complied. If that woman was Billy's wife, wouldn't that be great? However, it seemed something had happened. They entered through the back door. The front of the house is on stilts, and there are small stairs to the terrace, but the back has a concrete floor, but the building has not changed, it is still made of wood.Brian nodded his head when he met an old woman, and two teen

The car carrying Brian and Billy's family began to leave the place under the supervision of the three men. Even though they had started to leave the place, they did not immediately feel relieved. Brian did not underestimate the movements of the opponent's men, or his grandfather's enemies who wanted to destroy everything Arnold had.But Brian was thankful he had taken him now, even though it was almost too late. Who would have thought that Brian had been waiting for his arrival? In the car no one was talking, it seemed like Billy's wife was still adjusting, she still looked worried, and Brian didn't force her to explain anything.“We will go to the next address. It doesn't look like it's far from here," said Brian to the bodyguard who was driving."Yes, Young Master," said the guard.Brian nodded. The roads in the area are still dark. The rain no longer fell to wet the earth, there was only silence, even in the car."So you knew I was coming?" Brian asked finally starting the conversa

In the end, Brian received a call from Liam there because he couldn't stop the car in the middle of the road."Yes?" Brian answered the call."What's your situation, Brian?" Liam asked."I'm fine. We're heading to the next address," answered Brian."Okay. I was just wondering. It's not great here, so I was hoping you could maybe make plans outside the house. I don't know what you're going to do, but good luck, Brian.”"Thank You. I will try. What about the other?"Liam explained that conditions at Arnold's mansion were not good, and journalists continued to report what was happening. Not only was Kall's death leaked, but Billy's death also started to become public. This time I don't know who spread it to the media. Previously, it was Billy who spread the news, and Billy was also the one who killed Kall. The situation got worse even though Brian couldn't do much. Even now, instead of being by his grandfather's side and helping, Brian was outside with other people.“At least you're not

Feri was still leading,- while protecting Brian as a bodyguard. Feri's every move looks so practiced. Brian was still relatively new to the big house, so he didn't know the guards. But Brian recognized some,- and was friendly enough to greet each other. Brian knows,- it doesn't have to be like that, but if one day Brian will be the heir to the house, of course, he will treat everyone well,- and appreciate everyone's efforts.Still squeezed into the crowd of visitors to the place, Brian just followed Feri's steps. The man followed the steps of the man carrying the weapon. For a moment Brian didn't agree, but Feri didn't say anything and just continued following their steps until they entered a place that looked like a settlement. The place is like most houses, only modern with multi-story buildings. The environment is beautiful and calm with music playing from the front area. Brian was once again amazed as he looked around. The buildings in the background stand strong, like guardians o

"Can I ask you something?" Brian asked after a moment of silence.Brian leaned forward, glancing at the woman sitting next to Alessia. The second seat fits four people, although it is a bit cramped.“Yes, please,” the woman answered.First, my name is Brian. Are you Mr. Kall Brata's wife?” Brian asked again."Yes. My name is Jenie, this is my son, Joe," answered the woman. "Nice to meet you, Brian," continued Jenine with a beautiful smile.Brian answered with a smile."So you knew I was coming?" Brian asked again.Jenie nodded and started to tell him. Just like Billy, Kall also left something to his wife and children,- and told them about Brian. Since moving into Arnold's house, Jenie said her husband had started to show changes and was a little better. Kall is not like Billy who is warm and friendly. Kall is a little indifferent and cold,- but has great compassion. That's what Jenie said.A few days before the incident, Kall had contacted Joe and conveyed it to Jenie. There was a pos

For a long time, he was silent in the room with his reflection in the mirror. The big event finally took place tonight, at one of the five-star hotels owned by the Kent Group. Brian looked at his reflection in the mirror. Everything was ready, and he looked perfect in a navy suit, Brian let his hair a little messy to make an impression, after all, that was his style. His watch was on, and so were his shoes."Let's go, Young Master," said Kiara, peeking at Brian from behind his bedroom door. The girl's smile always seduced him.Brian turned around,- and nodded.Kiara welcomed Brian, hugged the man's arm affectionately, and even laughed happily as she walked down the stairs in a long-sleeved, knee-length navy dress, just like Brian. Manda didn't want her daughter to show off her curves so she designed a dress that was closed but elegant. Kiara looked like a princess with her black hair neatly styled and decorated with beautiful hairpins.Everyone was waiting for him in the living room.

Is everything finished now? I don't think so. There were still disturbing feelings in Brian's heart.“Even so, I remained by his side. Because honestly, I liked Miles the first time I saw him. But, he was cold,- and didn't care about the meeting at all. I know that he has someone he loves. Jealousy got the best of me, making me think of crazy things to separate them."Brian's heart ached when he heard Miles' confession. How bad is jealousy if it gets out of control? Is it that difficult to endure, and get rid of that feeling of jealousy? Brian didn't know, but it was something everyone had.“Miles didn't know anything, neither did Chintia, and I was the one who separated them. For some reason, I wanted to meet you,- and say this. To be honest, the feeling of guilt after Miles died in an accident because of my uncle made me unable to calm down. Then, I heard a rumor that Miles had a child. Of course, the child wasn't with me, because Miles never touched me.”A feeling of relief envelop

Seeing that the girl was busy, Brian's thoughts began to wander, and his heartbeat increased even more. For the first time, Brian felt such a strong urge within himself."Is that okay?" Brian asked in his heart.Occasionally the man glanced at Alessia's smiling face. He still seemed happy because Sean already had a girlfriend, which meant Alessia would have a sister-in-law. Brian doesn't understand, but Brian seems to have to admit that Sean is great,- and unexpected. Even though they had often been together, they had never seen a man with a woman."They're not dressed." Brian blinked his eyelids even more. What is the meaning of that thought?"I am done. Would you like a snack tonight?” Alessia offered while drying her hands and looking at Brian who remained silent. For some reason, the lighting behind the girl became dazzling, making Alessia even more charming. Are the hormones in Brian's body active? Oh, wherever Brian is, he doesn't seem to feel any hormonal fluctuations.“Bryan?”

After Azil conveyed this to Brian, Brian's doubts about his father shook his heart, but he couldn't change his decision. For several days, Brian decided to stay in the house that Miles gave him. Arnold didn't mind it either because Brian needed to calm down. That question filled Brian's mind and heart again. What was his father's reason for sleeping with another woman? Is it still appropriate for Brian to call Miles his father? I don't know, Brian doubts it.The house is still the same because someone always comes to clean. Brian also comes occasionally. Brian won't be able to leave that house, maybe one day he will decide there, rather than Arnold's big house.“I will prepare for tonight. Do you want something?" Alessia asked as usual. The girl also accompanied Brian."Whatever you cook," Brian answered.Alessia just nodded and went to the kitchen to make dinner. For several days together at home, Brian was just silent, occasionally reviewing material for his campus trial which would

After taking a deep breath, we continued the story.“I came back,- but didn't say anything to Sis Chintia. However, I understand the reason for making a sudden decision, and not even explaining anything. The heartache of being betrayed by a woman is like the end of everything. I understood Sis Chintia's decision,- and decided to leave, even hide. Sis Chintia probably thought that by disappearing, Miles would be happy.""That's not true," muttered Manda. “We have never been happier since then,” he continued, so
