The Leyland Hotel could not be classified as a five star hotel in Stormwind city, neither could it be classified as a four star hotel. The best it could be called was a three star hotel, after all, it was located well in the outskirts of Stormwind city.

Everything in the hotel, from the exterior of the building to the rooms in the building could be described as third class at best.

The exterior of the hotel which was once stood beautifully under the reflection of the bright sun was now somewhat rundown, and completely unattractive to most of the passer-byes who considered spending the night there.

The receptionist who sat at the front desk in the hotel was the perfect example of bored and disinterested, with her desk being cluttered with outdated brochures and a ringing bell that had long lost its shine.
