136: The Rightful Owner

The street was a blur of movement as Eric and Jacob sprinted towards the ring, their eyes fixed on the glint of metal that seemed to dance just out of reach. With each step, the ring seemed to slip further away, kicked by a passing foot or rolling just out of grasp.

Eric's mind raced with confusion and disbelief. Why was this stranger so desperate to claim the ring as his own?
