The Butlers

Moses' retaliation surprised everyone. No one thought he would hit Joan back.

“You dare lay your dirty hands on me?” Joan spat, his cheek stinging from the slap.

“Unbelievable,” Julia ranted. “It appears you have a death wish, Moses. The Butlers would ruin your life.”

Moses smirked. “The butlers don't scare me. They're nowhere close to the money and influence I have at my disposal.”

“I'm calling my family right now,” Joan feverishly fished out his phone. “You'll regret doing that to me, Moses. Your bank would crumble to the ground.”

“Yes, Joan, show him no mercy,” Julia urged him on. “Make him suffer like how he made my father suffered.”

The manager turned angrily to Moses. “I don't know who you are, sir, but I demand you apologize to Mr. Joan here or else I'll kick you out of my showroom. I don't want any trouble.”

Moses glared at the manager. “I don't see you saying anything after that bitch slapped me. Stay out of this and keep your mouth shut.”
