The executive board members

Moses found the Executive board members to be very unbearable by the minute he spent with them.

They treated him not just as a servant, but as if he were beneath even the lowest of servants.

Each of them seemed intent on making his tasks more difficult than necessary.

They barked orders at him like a pack of hounds, demanding he carry their heavy bags, fetch their drinks, and fix their bath.

One of the male executives, a short, stocky man with a constant sneer on his face, ordered Moses to fetch fresh towels, but when Moses returned with the wrong colour, the man slapped him, "Are you blind? I said white towels, not cream! Does that look like white to you?"

Moses swallowed his anger, his jaw tightening as he bowed apologetically.

"My apologies," Moses said. "I'll get it right next time."

Moses never forget a face. He kept the image of this executive member at the back of his mind.
