Chapter 12
Bryson hadn't thought about that for a while. A few months ago, Ainslie had talked to him about getting a loan to have a befitting wedding. He didn't want that but she got the loan documents ready and convinced him to take the loan while she stands as his guarantor. On her quest, he had applied and gotten a loan of fifty thousand dollars. He recalled why she wanted their wedding to be a lavish one and a look of disappointment and devastation appeared in his eyes which he tried to hide.

"Don't tell me you've forgotten about the loan, you prick," she cursed him with a thundering tone.

Bryson didn't want to but he felt it would be best if he reminded her of her reasons for pushing him to take a loan for their wedding.

"My love, it's not my fault, you know," he defended himself but that was a wrong Idea of his. He later regretted spilling that.

Ainslie stared at him for a while in astonishment and chuckled.
