Inside The Destruction

As promised the day before, Zeion was about to undergo training. However, this training would start on a vast field with several silent stones.

"What are we going to do here?" Zeion asked, confused.

Lagyura glanced and explained, "Now, you will practice controlling the energy within your body! The energy you possess is still unstable, and your training will involve harnessing that energy to make it more stable."

He began to step, stopping to sit on a stone in a cross-legged position, hands resting on his knees, palms open and calm.

Upon closer observation, a mysterious energy flow emerged from within Lagyura's body, a powerful and enigmatic energy. The wind responded to this energy, stirring up dust and dry leaves, forming a vortex of gusty wind.

Then everything vanished as Lagyura released the energy. Chaos ensued, yet calm was maintained.

"Wow... that's amazing..." The innocent face of the child was truly awed by this simple reaction.

"Now, you try to control the energy like I did. Channel the energy within you and release it using your imagination until it becomes a tangible manifestation."

"Alright!"

With confidence, Zeion attempted it. He sat like Lagyura, then focused.

He could feel the energy, but it was too feeble to obey his desire to create wind.

"Hah..." He tried releasing it, but nothing happened. "It's really difficult..."

Lagyura closed his eyes for a few moments. "Doing this won't happen in just one day; you need to repeat it over and over until the energy understands you and you understand it! Don't just control it, understand it too!"

It sounded so simple, but executing it was not to be taken lightly.

Days passed with similar training, yet there was no change. Only a slight improvement in Zeion's energy had occurred, discernible to Lagyura who remained there throughout the training.

"It seems this child requires quite a bit of time to master this!" Lagyura mumbled.

There was no other way; both Zeion and Lagyura would need patience until results were evident.

On day 136, a change in Zeion's actions was evident. The energy he produced became much more sensitive and felt significantly calmer.

"Hah..."

The fruits of his training were evident as a small whirlwind formed before his eyes. Although not as impressive as Lagyura's creations, it was satisfying enough.

"I did it!" Zeion shouted, raising his hands, his eyes locking onto Lagyura, waiting for his reaction. Normally, Enia would cheer happily if she saw him achieve something abnormal.

But, Lagyura wasn't like that; his face resembled an emotionless puppet, and his gaze remained serious, quelling Zeion's pride.

Lagyura stepped forward to Zeion. "For now, what you've accomplished is good enough. However, you need to understand that the energy within you is still quite weak. If you train more, you'll have much greater power."

"Alright," Zeion replied weakly.

"Uh..." With only this brief remark, Lagyura stepped back about 7 meters.

Suddenly from within the shrubbery emerged a mysterious figure rushing toward Zeion.

Psuh...

The wind collided with the figure. Lagyura standing there, wouldn't remain passive.

The once-startling figure gradually became clear. He wore attire that indicated he was a formidable knight.

"Damn, so you've detected my presence!" The figure spoke through gritted teeth in anger.

Lagyura gazed sharply at the man, recognizing his attire. "I never thought someone like you would show up here."

"Heh... of course I would appear! You dare to hide this child!" he sneered, looking toward Zeion.

"He doesn't belong to you, and you should know that no infiltrator can escape here alive!"

"Great, once I kill you, I'll take this child away from here!"

They assumed their respective positions. Before the battle could erupt, the weather underwent a drastic change. The wind sped up, and clouds gathered overhead.

"What's happening here? Who is this person? Why does he want to find me?" Zeion asked, consumed by fear.

The man was Bargoron, and he had a clear objective in coming there. His audacity indicated he possessed formidable abilities.

He immediately assumed a stance, drawing the sword from his back. With a sharp blade that gleamed menacingly, it was enough to intimidate any opponent, but not Lagyura.

Bargoron initiated an attack, his movements rapid for an adult body, appearing beside the seemingly motionless Lagyura.

Tings...

However, it was a deceptive technique. At a certain distance, a surge of wind energy would assail his opponent. It succeeded in hurling Bargoron's body and damaging his left eyebrow.

"Damn, how could you employ this technique?"

"You're the fool here! Don't you understand where you are?"

Indeed, Victoria was a hidden location accessible only to those with great abilities. Its concealment was due to the strength of its formidable guardians, including Lagyura.

"Damn!" Bargoron swallowed his rage, darkening his sword with energy, then turning it purple. "I'll tear your body apart until nothing's left..."

Lagyura didn't respond; he allowed the man to charge at him. It seemed like the end for him; the sword in the man's hand was poised to finish its task.

"Destructive Technique: Void Wind..."

Crash...

Zeion's eyes witnessed a mysterious event. The occurrence resulted in Bargoron's body splitting perfectly, scattering in all directions until it landed at his feet.

"Uh... what happened here? Why did his body shatter?" Startled, he took a few steps back; blood had stained the once serene training ground.

Lagyura looked disdainfully at Bargoron's still-fresh flesh.

"Despicable creature!"

At the same time, Hander appeared, riding a special wind, observing the blood amidst the two standing figures.

"Is this the wild energy from before?" Hander asked, staring at Bargoron's body.

"Yes, this is the infiltrator's flesh who intended to abduct Lord Zeion..."

"Abduct me? But, why would I be abducted?" Zeion asked, consumed by desperation.
