He is actually rich!

Anabelle quietly took Anthony to view the rolls-Royce phantom.

“This is the rolls-Royce phantom. It's priced at 8.8 million dollars. It's currently the most expensive in here” she said humbly.

“Good, I want to pay with a card!” Anthony said, looking at the time.

The girl's heart skipped a beat, but she rushed to the cashier anyway, praying that the sale would go through.

Anthony hurriedly followed her, looking anxiously at the time.

He had just an hour left.

And there were still more than a million dollars to spend.

“Sir, do you want to drive it out, or should we deliver it? Fifty thousand dollars will be paid if you need us to deliver it. What's your permanent address?” She asked humbly.

'Shit! I still live in that shitty dorm. I should have just bought a house instead,' Anthony cursed internally.

“Send it to my dorm tomorrow. You can mail the papers to me. Here's my phone number and email,” Anthony said, forcing himself to remain calm.

The girl's hand was shaking as she slipped Anthony's card into the machine.

If this works, she will earn a 10% commission, which will enable her to pay for her younger brother's college fees. And more importantly, she will get to keep her job.

'Transaction successful!' the machine beeped, making the girl scream for joy.

“Thank you sir! Thank you. Oh, God!” She shouted, shedding tears of joy while bowing repeatedly before Anthony.

Anthony immediately felt embarrassed by her display, he had never experienced such a scene all his life.

“It's okay. Thanks for your services. Whenever I need a car, I will always make sure to come find you. Make sure to mail your contact information to me!” Anthony quickly said, running out of the building while wondering how to squander a million dollars in just an hour.

The rest of the sales representatives stood in shock, staring at Anthony as he ran off.

The stomach of the first girl was immediately filled with bile.

That opportunity should have been hers!

How dare Anna steal it?

She quickly rushed after Anthony.

“Sir, please wait,” she shouted, adjusting her mini skirt as she ran. However, she was no match for Anthony who was running desperately.

She immediately burst into tears.

Many people didn't know this; however, she was the manager's mistress, making her privy to some information.

The owner of the dealership actually placed a 20% commission on that particular car.

Because it was too expensive, it stayed in the showroom for a long time, making him desperate to sell it off.

“It seems like he's an heir from a powerful family. But he has a carefree personality. He ran out without composure, showing that his family didn't have an opportunity to groom him properly. Damn! I can't believe I lost a chance to grab such a massive commission!” One of the ladies whispered, biting her lips.

Anthony ran into the spire, the biggest shopping mall in Seattle.

However, before he could shop for clothes, a display caught his attention.

“Uncle, please have mercy! My mother is dying,” the girl wailed, hugging the feet of a man dressed in expensive clothes.

“Get out, you dirty beggar. Who allowed you in here? Do you want to contaminate my expensive shoes with your filth?” He screamed, kicking the girl away before continuing on his way.

The teenage girl spat out blood, crying helplessly.

Anthony was immediately infuriated.

This display reminded him of what he experienced in the hands of his paternal family, when he went to beg for assistance, after his mom fell sick.

Even though his father's step-mother received generous remuneration from the government when his father died in active service, in addition to the billions of historical wealth in his father's family, they refused to help, ridiculing him on each occasion.

Sean, Anthony's father, came from a powerful family, but after his mother died, his father brought in his mistress who quickly kicked him out of the family to ensure that he won't drag the inheritance with her illegitimate kids.

Anthony walked to the girl and raised her up.

“Stop crying. How much is your mother's hospital bill?” He asked calmly.

“One million dollars!” She wailed in despair, and began to cry again.

Anthony looked at the time, realizing that he had just thirty minutes.

He did math and calculated how much he will have after helping the girl.

“Wait here, I will help you with the money. Just give me ten minutes!” Anthony hurriedly said, rushing into the mall.

The young girl was immediately stunned.

He didn't look rich enough to just give a million dollars to a random stranger, but a drowning man will clutch at straws.

Besides, for some reason, she trusted Anthony and waited.

True to his word, Anthony rushed out in barely ten minutes, dragging along a few shopping bags.

“Let's go! Where's the hospital?” He said, gasping.

The girl immediately pointed to the right.

“Just a few meters away. I came with my scooter, which I use for delivery!” The confused girl quickly shouted, rushing after Anthony.

“Perfect! Drive me to the hospital as fast as you can!” He said, gasping tiredly.

The girl pulled out the scooter and started the rickety bike, driving as fast as she could.

In barely five minutes, she drove into a hospital and parked her bike.

Anthony immediately followed her.

“Your mother will be removed from the list if you're unable to pay by evening!” The receptionist reminded, as soon as she saw the girl stop at their table.

The receptionist thought that she came to plead with the doctor for more grace, making her decide to chase her away without further ado.

She knows the girl and her mother very well.

Getting a million dollars for the heart transplant will be totally impossible for them, making her see the girl's insistence that her mother be placed on life support equipment as a waste of hospital resources.

“Just shut up already!” Anthony barked, stopping before the cashier alongside the girl.

He fished out the card while the girl rattled out to the cashier how the kind stranger volunteered to pay.

The cashier was skeptical, but she accepted the card anyway.

Anthony quickly keyed in his pin.

Almost immediately, the machine beeped.

'Transaction successful,' the machine announced, making the receptionist's jaws drop open in shock.

“Congratulations master, you have successfully completed your first mission!” The system announced, making Anthony frown.

Which mission?

He hadn't even unlocked the task function yet.
