Chapter 1 : Rebirth

Four figures stood calmly in a vast dark void that extended infinitely towards the distant horizon . The vast void was surrounded by clusters of light and each light signified a vast world . 

 "Sky Emperor , what is the meaning of this ?". One of the figures standing in the void asked indifferently . 

 The figure was a young man that was red scaled armour that was surrounded by blazing runes that carried immense power. 

 The handsome face of the young man was complimented by his long red hair that scattered carelessly across his shoulders. 

 The resplendent red rune on his forehead carried immense majesty that distorted the surrounding void, affecting space-time. 

 He was currently speaking to an evil looking young man with average facial looks that was dressed in black royal robes that emitted black qi .

 Terrifying dark tattoos that exhuded horrifying might could be seen on the face of the young man addressed as the Sky Emperor. 

 "Fire Emperor , you should obediently submit the origin treasure and we will level your corpse intact". The Sky Emperor sneered and said coldly. 

 "Is the presence of the saber Emperor giving you the confidence of saying such words in front of me ?". A trace of disdain could be noticed in the voice of the Fire Emperor as he looked at the middle aged man who was standing in beside the sky Emperor. 

 The middle aged man was dressed in simple white robes and was hugging an ordinary saber. 

 "Of course, I know that two of us will not be enough to face the legendary Fire Emperor but how about we include another person ?". The Sky Emperor smiled mysteriously and said. 

 "Another person ?". The brows of the Fire Emperor furrowed briefly and before he could turn and look at the person standing beside him , a short dagger flashed and pierced through the back of the Fire Emperor. 

 Even his armour could not prevent the penetration of the dagger. 

 Poof !! blood gushed out from the wound as the Fire Emperor vomited black blood from his mouth. 

 "Nora , why !!!! ". The eyes of the Fire Emperor was red as he looked at the extremely beautiful woman who was holding the blood coated dagger with an extremely cold expression on her face. 

 She was one of the five Supreme Emperors of the human race , the Ice Empress and she had another title , the wife of the Fire Emperor !. 

 Boooom!! boooom!! the entire void was shaking as the blood of the Fire Emperor kept dripping down from his wounds. 

 Each drop of blood contained immense energy that was capable of instantly destroying small worlds. 

 That was the horror of Emperors !. 

 Terrifying black qi that exhuded death aura surrounded the wound on his back and prevented it from healing. 

 "The opportunity to obtain true immortality can't be resisted ". The Ice Empress said coldly as she distanced herself from the Fire Emperor who was already getting weak. 

 The dagger contained terrifying poison that his Imperial body could not fight against. 

 One should know that his body had undergone several tempering and had long evolved into a perfect rule body but yet , it could not stop the spreading of the poison. 

 "In the face of such benefits , feelings are practically nonsense !". 

 The words of the Ice Empress made the Fire Emperor to smile bitterly as tears rolled down from his eyes. 

 "I wouldn't have made such a decision if our roles were reversed ". He said painfully as he looked at the Ice Empress who continued to look at him indifferently. 

 "That's the difference between us , Daron . I pursue the Great Dao and nothing was prevent me from achieving immortality !". The Ice Empress said coldly. 

 "Not even you !". 

 "Fire Emperor, you should obediently submit the origin treasure and we will give you a quick painless death ". The Sky Emperor chuckled and said confidently. 

 "Even if am poisoned and Injured , I'm still the Fire Emperor that suppressed an era !!". The eyes of Daron blazed with terrifying fire laws as his aura surged , shaking the vast void. 

 "You are currently poisoned with the Dark calamity poison that kills Emperors. Your end is near !". The Ice Empress said disdainfully as a long blue sword appeared in her hands. 

 "Everyone , attack with all your strength ". The saber Emperor said cautiously because the strength and the reputation of the Fire Emperor was still there. 

 He was unmatched in the Emperor realm !. 

 Even though poisoned , he was someone that should be taken with caution. 

 A starving Elephant can still trample thousands of ants to death. 

 Boooom!!! a horrifying spear that carried immense power slowly formed in the hands of the Fire Emperor and the surrounding void immediately shattered into countless fragments. 

 "Immortal dragon spear !!". The Sky Emperor said solemnly as a black Pagoda emerged above him and rapidly expanded. 

 The Pagoda exhuded infinite black qi as it stood like a giant mountain that suppressed the vast void. 

 The saber Emperor unsheathed his saber and an astonishing saber light that was capable of slashing space-time into two emerged , leaving numerous cracks in the void. 

 "Attack !!". The Ice Empress waved her sword and a terrifying battle that shook the surrounding worlds erupted fiercely. 

 Boooom !! boooom!! boooom!!! four blurry figures exchanged countless moves as horrifying techniques that shook the void for millions of miles rapidly emerged and everything lost it's colour. 

 The Earth shattered and the heavens were pierced through by the destructive powers of the four Emperors. 

 With each strike , a large party of the void collapsed and thousands of small worlds were completely destroyed. 

 Surrounded by rampaging Fire rules , Daron kept fighting with all his strength as he seemed to have turned into a ball of blazing fire that bore holes into the void. 

 Terrifying fire dragons surrounded him as he kept defending as the numerous attacks thrown to him. 

 Unfortunately, he could not defend for long as his Injuries worsened with time. 

 Poof !! Daron vomited black blood from his mouth again as his aura weakened to the extreme. 

 Bang !! his figure was sent flying into the distance and his weapon flew out of his hand. 

 Cough !! cough !! Daron knelt down on one knee as he kept coughing out from from his mouth. 

 His red armour was filled with numerous cracks and his body was already surrounded with decaying aura. 

 "It's over , Fire Emperor ". Sky Emperor smiled widely as he approached the figure of Daron with the rest of the Emperors. 

 The eyes of the Ice Empress hide complicated emotions as she looked at the current state of Daron but her eyes soon turned indifferent because nobody will stop her from achieving immortality. 

 "Give us the origin treasure and perhaps, we might spare your life ". The Ice Empress said coldly. 

 "Spare my life ". Daron said mockingly as he raised his face and laughed sarcastically. 

 How could they spare him when they knew about his threat if he survived. 

 "If I survive this , I will make each and everyone of you pay back tenfold !!". The face of Daron distorted with anger as his aura surged again. 

 "You want the treasure, come and get it !!!". 

 Terrifying fire rules suddenly erupted with resplendent light and the faces of the Emperors changed drastically. 

 "He wants to self destruct !!". 

 "Stop him !!". 

 Everything was too late as their voices were drowned by the blossoming destructive light that resounded across the vast void with a resounding bang that destroyed thousands of worlds. 

 Boooom!!! a horrifying destructive storm swept through the entire environment and the surrounding space-time became extremely chaotic and amidst this immense destructive storm , a ray of light flashed briefly before it disappeared.
