Chapter seventy

A man who had seeing the interaction between Rhys and Lucas wore a smile on his face as he entered the same restaurant that Rhys had entered. He wasn’t surprised when he doesn’t find a trace of Rhys on the first floor. He walked towards the stairs which led to the second floor.

“Sir, can I help you?” The guard stationed at the foot of the stairs was not ride to him after seeing his appearance.

The man took out a card, the card collected it, took a glance at it and returned it with a more respectful expression on his face. “Young Master, forgive me for my impudence earlier. I did not recognize you.”

The other man still retained the smile on his face, he had taken no offence to the guard’s behavior earlier knowing that it was part of the guard’s duty. “It is fine.”
