Chapter sixty Nine

“Boss, we were not able to find the one who shot at you.” Zain nervously said to Rhys. They were currently inside Rhys car, he sat far away from Rhys, scared of getting to close to him.

Rhys rubbed his forehead, he was beginning to have a headache, a lot of things have been happening since his return to his family and it was hard to keep up with it. He hasn’t been able to find concrete evidence against his uncle, the one who shot him has not been found and there was no clue of the person who had hired assassins to get rid of him.

Everything was more and more complicated as days went by. After the incident with assassins, his bodyguards had increased so much, even though they were not in plain sight, Rhys could still sense their presence around him.

“It’s alright Zain, take a walk with me.” Rhys stepped out of the car with a frown on his face and began walking to nowhere in particular.

Zain hurriedly got of the car before following Rhys, he quietly walked behind him. There were some
