“Guard the kids while I check on the master.” John ordered about five security guards to protect the children. Two inside, while three guarded the outside.

He rushed to the room Alex was shot only to meet him laying writhing on the cold floor, his face contorted with agony as blood seeped steadily from his wound, staining his clothes.

John called for a first aid kit. He was troubled, hoping Alex would survive the injury. On the other hand, he was proud of the Young master's bravery. For him to have risked his life to save his children was something worth acknowledging.

John knew he had to act quickly if he wanted to save Alex's life. He carefully removed the bullet from Alex's wound, and then cleaned and bandaged the area.

Alex was in a lot of pain, but he tried to stay calm and focus on his breathing. John gave him some pain medication, and then instructed him to get some rest.
