He took a deep breath, steeling himself for the upcoming meeting with Casey Ford. He made his way to the parking lot to welcome Casey and her entourage.

Casey had arrived in a sleek limo black car, and as the door opened, Richmond stepped forward with a charming smile. "Casey, welcome! I'm so glad you could make it," he greeted her warmly, extending his hand to help her out of the car.

Casey stepped out, looking around with an air of curiosity and relief. "Richmond, it's good to see you," she replied, a small smile playing on her lips. "This place looks amazing already."
