Franklin and Conor drove towards the Golden Gate Hotel, now rebranded as Empire State Hotel.

The decision for Franklin to buy this hotel had been impulsive, fueled by the betrayal he felt when he discovered Daisy cheating on him with Richmond Wright.

It was the same day he had come to the hotel to deliver food, only to stumble upon the devastating scene.

In a fit of anger and heartbreak, he decided to purchase the hotel under his family name.

Franklin had planned to officially open the hotel tomorrow, which was one of the key reasons he came to check on the final preparations and ensure everything was in order.

They pulled up to the entrance, the new staff were bustling about, putting the final touches on the preparations for tomorrow's evening event.

Conor parked the car and got out, opening the door for Franklin. "Here we are, sir."
