Chapter 11

As the door opened, Derrick held his breath. But to his relief, Ruby didn't seem to notice him. She immediately got another call and was already on her phone, talking animatedly to someone. She didn't even look in his direction and she closed the door and went out.

He let out a sigh and let out a shaky breath. He had been lucky that time, but he knew he wouldn't be so lucky next time. He had to be more careful.

As Derrick unfolded the document, his heart sank.

"Derrick would be my slave and servant, he would obey me no matter the circumstances." It thus read.

The words on the page were clear as day. He read the terms and conditions, and they made his blood run cold. He felt sick to his stomach. He couldn't believe what he was reading. He had been tricked, Ruby made him sign an empty document and then she wrote her wish there and signed.
