The Return of Adam Sanders

CHAPTER ONE HUNDRED & THIRTY-FIVE

Adam tilted his head to one side and gazed at the man, his eyes lit up as he smiled casually and told the man,

“I'll give you one last chance to tell me who sent you, and maybe I'll be moved to save your life, who knows?” to emphasize his point, he shrugged his shoulders and spread out his arms,

The man gave a long hiss, and curled his lips to the side,

“Like I said before, there won't be any need for that.”

Just as he rushed at Adam, while his men still laid on the floor writhing in varying degrees of pain, there was a sudden commotion as a convoy of vehicles drove down and parked right beside them. Men who were obviously high-class security personnel came out of the vehicle and opened the door to one of the cars, surrounding it with their weapons, from all indications, they were protecting a dignitary and the attacker could only stare with a slack mouth.

A man who looked to be in his sixties came down from the car while the security bowed low to their waist at him, his hair unde
