Cecil couldn't believe that Louisa had chosen to stay behind and abandon her family, she fumed and panted, crossing and uncrossing her arms at the thought, “Who knows if that fool has gone to be with Adam.” She said grimly and stared at her son, who was standing with furrowed brows, with his hand placed at the base of his neck; he shook his head unconsciously, for he didn't want to believe that. He looked like he was about to burst into tears. “Mother, I think we should be more worried about whether she is okay…” Logan tried to respond, but before he could finish his statement, a shoe came flying directly at his head, and he quickly ducked, with widened eyes he straightened himself to gape at Cecil who was panting, her eyes had turned crimson as she huffed and puffed, Despite her aggravation, his statement dawned on her, and Cecil took a moment to process what Logan had said, and realised it was possible for her stupid daughter to be in danger, ‘What if she is not okay?’

Louisa arrived at Sunton Street and got out of the car, she stared at the entire environment and began wondering where her next stop would be,Taking a deep breath, she mused a little and decided to walk the street some more and then decided to take the route that seemed to be her ex-husband’s favourite route to take his morning walks back then, As she walked down the streets, memories from the past came barging, memories of when she had been married to Adam and seemingly happy with him;“I will walk down this lane with you forever.” Those were her exact words to Adam over five years ago when they were walking down this exact lane, what they had shared was beautiful and she ruined it, especially with her mother being the number one chaperone in ruining her marriage and happiness, She continued to walk down the streets, secretly hoping that Adam would pop up magically, just like it happened in the movies, where a woman would think of her soul mate and he’d just pop up out of nowhere

As Leila's unspoken words sunk in, he grinned broadly, almost tempted to rub his palms together, he turned his head slightly to glance at Leila, and she nodded in return, her eyes shining, “We make her lead us to her mother, and you have your culprits,” she whispered to him, and he returned her nod. At the border, Stefan, Cecil and Logan had just arrived and Stefan met some of his men, he ran to them immediately to get some information from them about the ship while Cecil and Logan had to wait in the car for him,“What’s the update man?” Stefan asked one of the strange men who stood staring into his car,“Who are those?” The man asked, pointing towards Stefan’s car, referring to Cecil and Logan, ignoring his question. Stefan smirked at him and lowered his voice,“Let’s just say I have some business for the seamen,” He replied, and the man laughed loudly, his laughter morphed into scorn and he responded while rubbing both palms,“Let’s make some good money.” both men shared a deep laugh with gleaming eyes. Cecil quickly recovered, and the more she stared, the more it was beginning to look like Adam and her shock turned into anger,“What the fuck! She thought to herself.“I said get the hell away from me.” Cecil thundered at him while trying to push him away from her,Adam was silent for a while, as he smirked at her with a raised eyebrow, his amusement evident on his face, as he looked directly at Cecil,“You want me to get away from you?” he asked, while he watched Cecil struggling to get on her feet,“And What if I don’t?” He asked her with scorn and Cecil gave him a hard glare, shooting at him with all the hate in her eyes,“I would have your head, I would have you thrown back into jail and you would rot there forever!” Cecil retorted, snarling at him. Adam scoffed at her stupidity and shook his head, Cecil surely didn't have an idea of what was in store for her.“I said get away from me.”
