Sage Robinson and Old Man Thompson had convinced Amber to get out of bed and take a walk around the basement as that would help her bones stretch out more; she had been shot in the rib cage and she needed to exercise,

Amber had been in her feelings since the conversation with Adam and the old men wanted to do something to help her lift her mood,

Sage and Old Man Thompson smiled as they watched her have a moment with Ariel, Leila walked forward gently with a little smile on her face as she sighted the trio,

“Hello.”

She said simply with a wave.

“Hiii.” Old Man Thompson responded with a smile, while Sage nodded with a little smile,

“I’m Leila.” She said and stretched out her hands for a handshake.

“This is Old Man Thompson, and Sage Robinson,” Adam supplied, pointing at the old men,

“He’s my mentor,” Adam said, while pointing at Thompson, and then at Sage,

“He's a friend and an ally"

Those words touched Sage, as his cheeks darkened a little. Within herself, Amber huffed,
