Chapter 20

Kohler’s heart was beating, seriously. She had to think of what to do to make sure he didn’t see Deborah, or that was the end.

Before Quincy’s head could turn enough to see Deborah who was coming out of the restaurant, she pulled him so close to her, and enveloped his lips with hers.

Quincy’s eyes widened open as he was shocked. He wasn’t expecting this move from his wife, but he played along as he was enjoying it.

After they had kissed for a few minutes, Kohler was certain that Deborah would have gone, so she leaned back on her seat, and exhaled sharply.

“That was a sweet, and sharp move. We could do this more often.” Quincy teased, and Kohler blushed.

Now, she could smile, while feeling relaxed, knowing fully well that there was no trace of her, meeting with Deborah.

“Alright, we can head over to that restaurant which you said is very good at making milkshakes,” Quincy uttered, and Kohler smiled.

“Not so fast. What about your car?”

“Yeah. I’m coming. Just a call.”
