Chapter 39

Quincy still couldn’t get over what he had remembered. He was now at home, and in the living room, trying to search his memory for the face of the lady he had slept with, but each time he tried, it seemed impossible; more like he was trying to give himself a headache.

“Quincy. Is it true? You can’t remember who it was?” Scott asked as he walked in.

Quincy had told him over the phone, what happened briefly, and that warranted Scott to come.

“I seriously can’t remember, and I know the implications of that. Whoever that could be, could have taken pictures to her satisfaction, and used them to do whatever would favor her.” Quincy spoke worriedly. “There is no way to trace it as the bar’s CCTV had an issue, that same night. Just no trace of her.” He said, then ruffled his hair.

“You know what? Just calm down, okay? This would still come to light. For now, let’s concentrate on another issue. So, you mean Kohler is serious about leaving you?” Scott asked, still finding it difficult to belie
