David finally returns to his hotel room later that evening, he could not stop thinking about what happened in the Chadwick's villa.

He was beginning to suspect Jasper seeing how he stopped pretending and started to reveal his true self.

Also he ponders, his father just recently pass on tragically last week and the thought of Jasper planning to do his father's funeral next week which is the last week of the month made him perplex. His instinct tells him that Jasper is quickly trying to bury Lord Ace so he would quickly become the next lord of the Table and take over the powerful business empire controlled by his father.
