Serving the cup of coffee, the lady quietly walked out of the office with her heels clicking softly once again. As the lady's presence vanished from the office, Julius took his hand to the cup holder and lifted the cup toward his mouth, sipping the coffee like the perfect gentleman he was.
As he was gently sipping the coffee, Mr. Noah, who had quietly left the office before, made his entrance once again, grabbing a seat on the other side of the office where Julius was perfectly seated.
With his glasses perched at the tip of his nose, Mr. Noah opened a blue-binded document in his hands and, with a pen held at the tip of his finger, said, “Master Sabbath, please sign here, here, and here,” pointing at the customer’s signature inbox left blanked on the document.
Seeing where he was to sign on the document, Julius accepted the document, which was stretched to him politely, and glanced through it in a few seconds. “I should sign here, right?” he asked softly, placing his finger on the document and penning down his signature once and for all.
“Thank you, sir,” Mr. Noah extended his hand for a shake and, with his head bowed, “No, thank you." Julius accepted his handshake and smiled at Mr. Noah like a friend, appreciating each other’s effort.
“Sir, the Black Golden Master Card,” said a lady who was in a white corporate gown as she made her entry into the office suddenly.
“Oh! Thank you, Miss Peterson,” Mr. Noah said immediately, accepting the card handed over to him by the lady. Immediately as he accepted the card, he turned right to his desk, and Julius watched how he signed on the card paper immediately.
In the same manner, Julius watched how he pressed some digits on the laptop and suddenly heard a chime sound that resonated softly like a gentle notification, nudging its way into the quiet hum of the room.
"Sir, your Black Golden Master Card has been activated with 2.2 million cash in it. All that is left for you to do is change the password “
“The default password is 6500." Mr. Noah added.
Picking up the tablet beside him on the sofa, Julius entered his new password and confirmed it by pressing the green button displayed beside the keys on the screen.
Immediately, he read, "Congratulations, Mr. Sabbath; your Black Golden Master Card has been completely and successfully activated. You are now the only one who knows your new passcode. If, by any chance, you forget your passcode, you can set a new one by using your fingerprint at the backend. Thank you for choosing this bank. Your funds are always secure with us."
Claiming his asset and finally getting the Black Golden Master Card, Julius made his exit from the Fortuna Elite Bank.

Standing on the roadside, he lifted his wrist toward his face and peered at his broken watch. "It’s 9:30, the first lecture must have started already," he muttered like a time traveler in a world where minutes raced ahead without him.
Quickly, he raised his hands toward the sky and waved at the oncoming taxi parked a few distances away at the roadside like a friend hailing the last ride home after a long day. "Hey man! Where to?" asked the taxi driver as he parked beside Julius immediately.
Opening the door and sitting comfortably in the back seat of the taxi while the driver watched him in the rearview mirror, Julius said, "College!" with a soft and determined voice; hence, the taxi driver swiftly moved his hands right on the wheels and drove out of the roadside.
“College it is!” the driver announced happily.

Arriving at the college was no fun for Julius, as it had always been, and much worse today seeing most guys and ladies holding hands in love.
“Olivia,” he muttered sadly, followed by a deep sigh as he stared further from the gate of the campus like a burdened shepherd sad about the loss of one of his flocks.
Stepping his first foot through the gate, Julius noticed the consistency in the stares of several students at him. He saw that while some were poking at him, others covered their lips with their palms, and their shoulders shook in obvious laughter. “What is happening?” Julius wondered. “Why is everyone so focused on me, and... and... laughing at me?” he thought once more.
Since he was a broke student, no one had ever given Julius attention or made jokes about him. They were always so indifferent, and today was just different.
“What is going on?” he thought again as he took the second leg forward and more continuous steps further.
“Oh! poor Julius. A poor guy like him? That’s so unfair,” Julius heard as soon as he walked past a guy and a lady talking and standing beside a tree in the college's compound.
“Is that him?” Another lady poked at him as she walked past him with her friend.
“What’s happening?” Julius wondered again.
“Why am I the topic of everyone’s discussion?” he muttered. Thus, he walked into the building of the college itself.

Stepping his foot into the building, he peered his eyes at the bulletin boards, which were already displaying announcements.
“What?” He was shocked immediately. He could not believe his eyes at what he had just seen. Hence, his mind ran into too many questions at once.
“This is a picture of me on these boards with a stamp on it.”
“A f**king crybaby?”
“Who could have done something like this?”
“For what reason?”
Still fixing his eyes on each of the boards at once in a heightened, shocking expression, his eyes suddenly fell on the small pink cardboard at the bottom of his picture on the board.
“If you want to hear the full gist, join the Twitter Live space by 9 p.m. today. ‘The hot campus topics,’ and you shall be entertained about the life story of the pauper Julius who suddenly went viral on campus for some naughty thing that happened to him.” He read aloud, as he could not even believe his own eyes anymore.
“Hahaha, what a foolish guy you are, Julius. I won’t miss this space for anything." Julius suddenly heard a guy behind him mock him as he walked past him, smacking his head with the bunch of books he carried in the fold of his arm.
9 p.m. came early, like a surprise visitor showing up before Julius had a chance to get ready for its arrival. He was on his way to work when he began to receive several notifications on Twitter, like a pilot getting urgent alarms as his plane was crashing down to the ground from the highest point in the sky. Yet, it did not mean Julius opened the notification to see why he was being tagged too many times in a bit of a second. In this vein, he only saw the screen of his phone and exclaimed the total number of notifications he had in just half a second. “100 tags?” “What are they saying about me on that Twitter space?”As much as Julius wanted to open the notification and hear what and why he was being tagged, he could not. He had to get to work, if not for anything else, to show gratitude to the boss for allowing him to work for him during a quarter of the time he was in poverty training.Suddenly, Julius's phone began to buzz like bees singing at their honeycomb. Checking who the c
Finally stepping out of his building, Julius' phone began to ring again. Retrieving the phone from his pants pocket, he accepted the call immediately.“Hello, Dad." His voice sounded calm and familiar, as he knew exactly who he was speaking to.“Hello, son, I am glad you have claimed your assets. It’s time to meet me at the hotel. Mr. Turner is already on his way to pick you up,” Julius heard, and the call ended immediately.Hearing the call end, Julius smiled. “He never changed,” he muttered as he returned the phone back into his pocket and walked gently to his bicycle.Standing right next to his bicycle like a faithful companion, Julius heard the notification alert from his phone again, buzzing in like a persistent hummingbird seeking attention. At this moment, Julius peaked at the height of his curiosity, like a mountaineer reaching the summit of a long-anticipated climb. He was more than ready to launch his eyes at his phone and read every tag of his name on that Twitter space.“P
Julius let out a sudden sigh. It was obvious to him that the whole group of participants in that Twitter space had attempted to get him to talk. Nevertheless, though he was concerned about all they were discussing about him and the names they were calling him, he forced himself to only sink his phone sadly into his pocket and hold his bicycle handle. As he got on his bicycle, even though in his sad state, he exclaimed, "Olivia, you did not only leave me with a broken heart, but you made everyone on campus think I'm a fool," hence rolling the pedal forward.Suddenly, he saw three entourages of cars parked at a little distance in front of him. These were a Bentley, a Navigator SUV, and a Hummer SUV. Hence, stepping out of one of the cars was a man in a black suit and inner white. On his eyes were obvious spectacles that shone in the faint darkness and street light that dawned on him. In the same way, his black leather shoes shone like black diamonds. At the driver's seat of each car, th
The hotel room was super nice, with shiny wooden furniture and comfy leather chairs. Big windows showed off a cool view of the city, and a fancy light hung from the ceiling. In this way, Julius's dad sat at a big desk surrounded by cool art, making the whole place feel really fancy. As his father was seated, Julius also took his seat in the comfy leather chairs adjacent to his father’s desk. Right beside him was a coffee pot, and he poured himself a cup. “Been a while since I had a nice cup of coffee, dad,” Julius voiced at once. “Well, poverty training is meant to be rigorous. When I had mine, I wished every day that the training would be over and I could get back to my normal lifestyle,” his dad smiled; hence, he rose slowly from the table after picking up a document from his desk. “Son, it's time to get at it now. You are now a man, and definitely, you must start to run part of the family’s business." His father handed the document in his hand to him immediately and grabbed a sea
Walking his father to the ground floor of the hotel and having bowed to him and watched him get into his luxurious car parked outside of his hotel, his father left for their family airport, where he'd be gone out of the country for good.In this moment, Julius felt more anew, and right there, he believed in himself more. With this strength, he walked out of the hotel and stared at his name boldly imprinted on the hotel wall in 3D, and of course, boldly seen on each glassy door and on the marble floor even from outside where he was.“Sabbath Luxuria.”“Yes, sir, it's your name, and it's very beautiful on the walls and on the floors,” Julius heard suddenly from behind him, and when he looked back,“Mr. Turner. I thought you left with Dad."“Yes, I did, sir.” Mr. Turner bowed immediately and, hence, raised his head in about two seconds.“So, why are you here?” Julius asked immediately.“Sir, the grand master insisted that he wants me by your side to protect you from any danger.”“Oh, I s
“I can afford everything,” Julius answered almost immediately, his voice low and resonating with such confidence that Olivia had never seen before. However, if this meant that they agreed with him, it was a lie. “You? Do you mean you, Julius, can afford everything?” Olivia smirked loudly behind her mother, where she was, and she wasn't the only one with an audible smirk.“Perhaps he meant that after he stole from Fortuna Elite Bank, the one you said you saw him before, he would be able to afford everything,” Olivia’s grandmother voiced from behind Patricia, and hence, they all burst into loud laughter once again.“Let's just leave this dummy and go on in. God! Pfft!” Olivia’s younger brother rolled his eyes like a girl and scoffed upon hearing what his grandmother said.“You know, it's a good thing that you all are a family. Patricia, Cynthia, Mildred, Olivia, and even you, Ethan. A bunch of poor opportunists who think of themselves as privileged,” Julius voiced suddenly.“Pfft! And y
Patricia, Cynthia, Mildred, and Ethan, though unable to hear what happened at the reservation desk, observed Olivia's demonstration and sensed that there was a problem. Patricia focused her gaze on Julius, witnessing a bold smirk on his face. If she had any comments, she kept them to herself, only expressing her disapproval with a disdainful look from head to toe.Likewise, if Julius didn't catch Patricia's gesture, it was a lie. He only smirked even more and spoke to Mr. Turner.“Take her out of there and tell the valet to bring their car. They should be gone before they embarrass themselves even more.”“Yes, sir,” Mr. Turner said, walking through the entrance door toward the reservation desk.“I will handle it from here, Miss Daniella,” said Mr. Turner. He glanced at security personnel positioned strategically on the right corner.“You jerk, you think you can throw me out of here in front of that moron?” Olivia snapped, witnessing Mr. Turner instructing security personnel who were n
The next morning unfolded slowly, like a snail on a journey to a distant destination, taking its time as if reluctant to face the day ahead.Similarly, Julius was reluctant to rise from bed. It had been a long while since he had such a comfortable bed to sleep on, and he had slept perfectly soundly, like a newborn baby."Rise and shine, sir." Mr. Turner drew the curtain, and his previously darkened room was filled with the gaze of the sunrise, abruptly interrupting his sleep."What are you doing here?" Julius immediately opened his sleepy eyes. As he saw that the sunrise targeted his face like a group of snipers over a rooftop, he covered his face with his palm."What the heck, Mr. Turner?" he exclaimed once again."I sincerely apologize, sir, for interrupting your sleep, but do remember that I am not only your personal guard. I am also your assistant. And right now, you need to be ready for the tutor.""What tutor?" Julius asked, his face expressing total confusion about what Mr. Tur
