Meeting the head of the Board made Jason feel almost anxious, and for more than one reason.

As a father, the man was probably going to scold him for getting his daughter pregnant. Or bombard him with tons of questions about his intentions and other stuff like that…and Jason knew he wasn't going to like it.

Then as the head of the Board he was probably going to ask him about the blasphemy that Phil had been posting about the company.

He was not aware of the fact that Jason was the CEO of the Decker Industries but according to what he told Rose and everyone else, he was the personal assistant to the owner so they would expect him to know what was going on and be able to give out substancial information.
