Who the hell were they?

The own question both men asked themselves yet had no definite answers to, with more minutes there was just one thought and it was surging through them with a wave of adrenaline.

It went on for twenty minutes, the sound of bullets hitting the ground. Logan was trying to muffle the sound out and zone away from the position where they were.

Whatever they had done was unforgivable, that was one glaring point but for that moment, it was all about survival before revenge.

If there were any likely chances about that depending on how the odds were.

Logan was trying to understand the cause of all of this, was this a test of something else?

With all the thoughts running through the back of her mind, it was obvious that he didn’t like the feeling of all of this.

He really doesn’t like its aftermath, though—he merely suggested he tried to escape this state again.

He’ll have to do something about this later but at the moment, it was all about survival —
