"How dare you disrespect our Boss?" Morris's men quickly went forward to restrain Sophia.

"Who are you? If you have the guts, turn around and show me your face!" Sophia screamed at Morris' back.

Morris had turned away immediately and she hurled that paper at him. He had forgotten to put on a mask before leaving his mansion earlier.

Fortunately, the room was dimly lit, so she hadn't seen his face.

"Here, Boss." Wallace quickly handed a black mask to him.

Sophia was still hysterical. "How dare you abduct and lock me up in this awful place? Do you have an idea who my father is? I'll have you know he can crush you to death!"

"And I'll have you know that your father doesn't know you're missing." Morris fixed his deathly gaze on her. "Everyone thinks you're out on a vacation, so I am the one with the power to crush you to death here!"

"That's impossible. Derek should know I have been abducted by now!" A trace of fear crossed her face, but she quickly hid it.

Morris chuckled dar

Derek tapped his foot impatiently, checking his watch again and again. The air in the car carried a certain amount of tension, anticipation, and wariness. "Are you sure you got the right details?" Derek asked Benson who was beside him in the backseat. "It's normal for Hamilton to arrive late sometimes, Boss." Thomas was the one that replied, from behind the wheels. Derek looked outside without another word, his eyes sweeping past his men positioned in the darkness some few meters away. Benson had followed his instructions to the letter, placing at least 15 men in several places outside the Wildies Club. They had an extra 10 men waiting in a G-wagon behind them in the parking lot.All that was left was for the target to show up. Derek gritted his teeth. The worst that would happen if Hamilton didn't show up is they go confront him in his house! He doesn't have time for all this. At that moment, a flashing red Lamborghini drove in, stopping at the entrance of the club. Derek s

"You wanna know who I am?" Derek smirked. "Fine, I'll tell you. I am someone you shouldn't dare to offend!""What?" Hamilton was dazed. "What gave this freak the audacity to barge in here?" the naked woman screamed, scrambling for the bed covers at the same time. "Hamilton. Is this how much you rate us, that you invite all your friends to watch the sex?" Their faces turned red in mortification. Hamilton, who had been dumbstruck after what Derek said, finally snapped back to reality."Both of you should get lost!" He hollered, snatching the duvet from them and getting up. The women quickly dressed up and left faces red and hair unkempt. His eyes roved over Derek and his companions. He tried hard to search his memory, but all indications said he hadn't come across them before. "Who are you?" He frowned. "I've told you already," Derek replied. His answer only angered Hamilton. "You're being too confident for your good. I have never met you before and I don't even recognize you, th

Thomas pulled the car up in the garage, hurrying down to help Benson with pulling Hamilton out of the car. The man was totally unconscious and would require at least 2 hours before he woke up. "Take him to the basement, and inform me when he wakes up!" Derek ordered. After certifying that they obeyed his instructions, Derek left for his bedroom to have some rest.Operation 1 was accomplished. He had managed to make one of Morris' supporters back out of the partnership! Derek relaxed back in his seat with a sigh. While they were leaving the club earlier, he couldn't be too sure no one saw them. By now, Hamilton's men would be on the search, and they would have started going through the camera footage and all.Derek could only hope his men did a very clean work. This wasn't the time for anyone to come to know his real identity. .The next morning, Derek was jolted awake by a knock on the door.Benson peeked in. "Aren't you going to work today, Boss? It's past 8 already.""Really?"

"If you dare to touch her, I'm going to strangle you to death with my own two hands!" Derek swore bitterly. Morris chuckled. "Considering the fact that we've been enemies for a long time, I ought to have the same plans for you, Derek. But I always choose a more mature way of dealing with situations.""How long have you held her hostage? What have you done to her?" Derek gritted, his trembling fingers unable to grasp the phone much longer. "Come to think of it, I didn't expect you to be so lax concerning your girlfriend, you were easily fooled into believing she had gone on a vacation!" Morris laughed. "You bastard, was it all part of your grand plans to deceive me? Sophia has been with you ever since she went missing!"Derek's brain almost exploded with the gravity of the information he was getting right now. If he were to count it, Sophia would have been with this traitor for a week! Derek clenched his fists so hard it bled. He really wanted to kill Morris right now.He had been

"So what's the plan?" Dominic asked after a long moment of silence from Derek's end. "What do you intend to do about Sophia? We have to come up with a fool-proof plan within a very short period.""That's the thing, Dominic. Sophia can't stay with that man for no more than 3 extra days else I'll have to break in and save her!" Derek slammed his fists on the table. "You're kidding, right?" Dominic could only chuckle. "I hope you understand the implications of what you just said. That's literally committing suicide!"Derek didn't say anything, he just looked away in thoughts for a while before speaking again. "I've told you of this Hamilton man, do you think he can help get Cynthia's whereabouts within 3 days?""I have no idea about that. Even though we have been searching for a while, we're still unable to get her location. What makes you think he will get it within such a short time?"Derek shook his head. Derek picked up a magazine to distract himself from thoughts of Sophia getting hurt at Morris' place. What if he'd done something to her? Suddenly, his alarm clock started ringing. Benson had set a reminder for the MalFa Men Trillionaire Club meeting after receiving the invite 2 weeks ago. Derek hit his head in frustration, he had totally forgotten about it. Just then, someone knocked and opened the door. "Boss, you ready?" Benson was clad in a bespoke suit, looking all wealthy and affluent. "You mean for the meeting?" Derek sighed and got up. "Shit, Benson. The alarm just rang, reminding me! I'd totally forgotten." "I figured you would wake up late, that's why I got prepared earlier to help you." Benson checked his watch. "The meeting begins at 2, so we have roughly an hour and 30 mins left, considering how far the Belgium Hotel is.""Alright." Derek gulped down the rest of the coffee and hurried into the bathroom. When he stepped out, Benson had already laid out a grey Arma

"It's all yours now, Mr Spencer." Derek was starting to get uncomfortable with the heaps of praise the man was showering on him. His gut told him that it was all fake. "Alright. Thank you very much for the gift." Edward returned to his seat at the head of the table. "Once again, I welcome everyone back to the Trillionaire Club meetings. We hope to actualize a lot of plans and ideals just like the last time." Edward beamed with excitement."And as we all know, my tenure as the President is fast approaching its end. Campaigns and activities to secure the seat for a new President begin in earnest."Murmurs went up the crowd at the sound of that. Edward beckoned his secretary to share a piece of documents with everyone. "As we discussed at the last meeting, we have written up a proposal to book this hall for our meetings." Derek stared at the amount proposed to be offered to Belgium Hotels for 10 years of rent. He was impressed. This was truly a meeting for Trillionaires! "We all k

"Home, what a nice place to return to!" Derk sighed intermittently, flopping down on the couch in his study. "That Club meeting was energy and time-draining. I could barely stand all the noise!"Thomas and Benson glanced at each other without saying a word. Derek noticed and had to ask. "Guys, is anything wrong? Why have you been looking like you want to say something?""No offense, Boss." Thomas cleared his throat. "But we wanted to know why you refused to take up the opportunity to become the Trillionaire Club's President.""Yeah. It was such an amazing avenue to improve your leadership skills and gain more connections in the billionaire world.""Is that how you both chose to see this situation?" Derek chuckled, not getting a bit annoyed. He knew they only wanted his progress. "First of all, did you notice that the President, Edward isn't a straightforward person? He already knew his son would contest for his post, why was he pushing me to contest as well?""Is anything wrong with

"Now!" Benson signalled his men, and they burst through the gates, opening fire on each and every thing on their way! Morris' men were very taken aback. They would require time to get into formation for defense. Before then, Benson reckoned they would have wiped out. But to his chagrin, they didn't take too long to adapt. Only a few got injured while the rest got into hiding and started exchanging fire. More men started to pour in from the mansion to join the assault, and soon Morris' men were overpowering Benson and his team that they had to retreat back outside the gates. "Where the fuck is Jack and his men, aren't they supposed to be attacking them from behind? The pressure on us is getting worse!" Benson yelled, moving to the foremost and targeting the leader of Morris' men. In his anger, he almost forgot to take cover and a bullet grazed past his arm, almost hitting him. "Be careful, Boss. "Because we're here to meet a friend, and we don't want to disturb the rest of the nun's dinner! Now, come with me." Dominic dragged her along with his men, pressing his hand against her lips.He couldn't risk alerting any other person at this point. They approached the Head Nun's garden, got in, and peeked into the room through the window. "We just have to climb in and abduct her from here. Benson asked an obvious question. "That will be in your hands, Benson. Immediately after leading your men in, locate Sophia first from a place of hiding. You should be able to kill the man holding her hostage with our special submachine gun." Derek rubbed his chin in thought. If the plan proceeded that way, this meant he was willing to place Sophia's safety in Benson's hands. Derek tried to push every thought of her getting hurt away. There was no other way they could approach it. He would be so busy with getting Morris down that he might not be able to look out properly for her. "I think that should be all?" Derek sat up.
