Chapter hundred six

As Daniel set his eyes on Adrian, he scoffed, and walked up to him, maintaining the same pace he had, while walking, before he saw him. Adrian could already tell that Daniel was pissed, because despite that he had seen him, he wasn’t increasing his pace, neither was he acting interested in seeing him.

“So, you finally remembered me. Or you were passing by, and you were reminded that you had told me you would be back for me.” Daniel uttered, speaking like a truly vexed teenager.

“Look. I know you must have felt disappointed, back then, but I was occupied with so many things, and that’s why I couldn’t reach out to you. And to show that I really have you in mind, I came back.” Adrian uttered, hoping Daniel was going to consider his plea.

“Hmmm. I thought you had left, just like everyone else.” He uttered, looking a bit sober.

Then Adrian knew just what to do at that moment, so, he moved closer to Daniel, and gave him a tight hug.
