Chapter thirty

Adan was filled with joy on his way back to the hotel. Sophie and Lucas were waiting for him, for them to rejoice together, and when he got there, they voiced out “Congratulations” to him.

“Hey, buddy. I’m so happy for you.” Lucas uttered and patted his shoulder.

“Same here. Congratulations on staying strong and defeating the almighty Steve Wilson.” Sophie added, with a captivating smile.

“Thanks so much, guys. I couldn’t have done it without you. We all know that, and I’m so grateful. Who would have been able to keep everything confidential, if not you both?”

“Enough with the praises. My head is about to blow up.” Lucas laughed out loud.

They all laughed happily.
