Chapter twenty nine

As Adrian got into a cab, he put a call through to Sophie.

“Hey Sophie, how’s it going?” He asked her as he leaned on the car’s backseat.

“It’s going pretty well. I’ve managed to engage them, and we are all waiting for your signal.” Sophie reported, sounding like an expert.

“Good. Anyways, you can tell them to start heading to this place in thirty minutes, so that they’ll be able to meet us in time.”

“Alright then. Be careful, as well.” Sophie showed her concern.

“Thanks. And you too.”He hoped that when things went well, and he had money, he would compensate her for all that she did, regardless of her being a stranger.

He hung up, and let out a deep breath. He needed to do that as he was going to face a beast who could unleash at him if he found out that he was the one behind his downfall.

On getting to SW company, he was escorted in, and Steve Wilson seemed to be in a good mood, along with the two men who were with him.
